We go here because my daughter loves the place. If you order a pizza online or in store, be prepared to wait for at least an hour. Slowest place I’ve ever seen, they’ve had the same special up for six months and if you ask for the special you get the “ duh”? Look. There’s a nice blonde lady who brings my daughter garlic twists on the house most times we are there because she knows we’ll be waiting for an eternity. The pizza is good, and they have the loyalty of a sweet girl with Down syndrome, otherwise we’d have only gotten pizza here once. Walked in to place an order, and I asked for a 12 piece wing and the gal said if I ordered the 12 piece wing it would come with cheese and bacon....ok sure whatever I just want wings, I get my "wings" and they were LITERALLY chicken nuggets covered in cheese and BBQ sauce, when I took it back in I said "These aren't wings!" The gal was super rude and stated "That's what you ordered!" I told her "I ordered WINGS not this!!" She then said "Those are wings!!" So for the price of wings im getting a 12 piece chicken nugget with cheese and BBQ sauce. Do not recommend.

We had tickets to the Amy Grant concert and they got us right in and they were going as fast as they could trying to make up all the pizzas after the power outage. Food, service, atmosphere - they were all bad. If I could give negative stars I would. First of all, not a single soul looked at me the entire 20 mins I stood at the counter. You would think I was invisible. While inside waiting, watching people sit and twiddle their thumbs, the phone rang multiple times and no one once answered it. I left the lobby because my order wasn't ready. When it was and I went through the drive thru it was another waiting came, to which I had to honk to get attention. On top of that, I get home and the pizza is cold. You'd think a pizza that took nearly 2 hours to make would at least be fresh. Ordered for carry out. Showed up almost an hour later. They said it wasn’t ready and said you are not the only one ordering… I only showed up didn’t say a word. Staff was rude. I asked for a manager. He showed up and said we are 30mins behind your not the only one ordering. Order time quoted online at the time of the order was 90min. After 2 hours I called for an update when the Dominos Tracker still showed it in prep. I was told it was in the oven and would be out shortly. 26 minutes later the Domino's Tracker said it went in the oven. It was over 3 hours from the time the order was placed to when I received it. Being lied to about the status on top of it. This is unacceptable. Despite this the food quality was good when it finally arrived and my delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful.

Very poor customer service!!! I showed up ten minutes before close. The open sign was still lit up. But when I approach the door at 12:50am the door was locked. Dominoes doesn’t close until 1am. I called the store twice standing outside and neither answered the call. So please inform me on why I was there well before close and wasn’t served. There were two workers inside behind the counter. Both stared out at me and my friend. Neither of them bothered to unlock the door. I’m not pleased with this whatsoever. I will definitely be making a call into HQ and having them get in contact with your location. Those two workers need to be written up for closing before the time the establishment closed. Because I know if I closed ten minutes before the scheduled time to close at subway that I would be written up or even fired. You guys definitely need to learn how to choose better people to work for your industry. With that said have a GREAT DAY!!!!

Horrible service, paid 28 dollars for deluxe pizza and was told it would be delivered 31-51 minutes. Was an hour and 15 minutes before it arrived. Was dried up and awful.
