HORRIBLE!!!! even for Dominos, we ordered @11:23 am and after 1hour 30min, called the store to be told they were busy with school orders and it will be in 15min, @12:43 I called the store again and the acting manager "HOPE" didn't give me any. She said "I can cancel it or you can wait" I had waiting almost 2 hours I wanted my pizza so I said I would continue to wait. The pizza was cold and rubbery (probably from sitting under the "heat lamp" warmer for 2 hours. DO BETTER!!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered my kiddo lunch at 11:23am ,at 12:25pm I called the store because the tracker hasn't changed they said my pizza was on its way. I called back at 12:48 and spoke with the manager on duty "Hope" who was very rude. She said my pizza is sitting under the heat lamp so it won't get cold (even though the tablet said it just got put in the oven) I asked her for an update on when it would be arriving she was unable to give me a time I told her my concern was I didn't want cold pizza. Hope said then cancel the order. I told her I would be happy to wait for it as I needed to feed my child it finally arrived at 1:10pm....... COLD Dang really? This wasn't a great pizza. The dough was floppy and not crisp, and it was swimming in grease. There were literally pools of grease on every pepperoni. I feel like you didnt put on enough pineapple or jalapeno. It was my first time trying a Brooklyn style pizza from Domino's and I have to say I'm unimpressed overall. The big pools of grease were a giant turn off. This was my first time ordering from this dominos and it will probably be the last. It wasnt worth the final delivered cost of $21 + tip to driver. I feel like I got scammed. *Edit* Update 2/14/21 ordered 10x bbq wings, and cheesy bread. The bbq wings were undercooked and seemed to have hardly any meat on them and was mostly slimy skin and fat. Unfortunate. Update 9/21 ordered large pizza. They are still making them poorly. Greasy and floppy center. The crust was pretty good, but even that was soaked in grease. I understand that it's pizza, but come on.
