The pizza came out wonderfully, and on time. However, there was a young lady with some serious attitude at the counter. I was incredibly dissapointed at the way she handled business, all she was helping me with was the pizza hand over after I ordered online. I intentially selected "carry out" instead of carside delivery, because I wanted to make it easier on the employees working. Domino's gets busy, and I like to be an easy customer to handle. I waited over 50 minutes in the store because they lost my order. Twice! Then the pizza was thin crust instead of regular, there were spots with no cheese at all and there were very few Olives. I know its an economical choice but they need to do better

We had a large thin crust mushroom, olive and pineapple pizza delivered to the house. Crust was great! I also like their sauce. Cost was fair, delivery was in a very timely manner. Delivery guy not only a cutie but very pleasant and courteous Looking forward to doing it again real soon. Keep up the great pizza! I ordered the extravaganza for pick up, I explained that I hurt my back and couldn't walk to well so the young lady instructed me to just call when I arrive so I did and a young lady carried it and my drink out to my truck with a smile. Very professional. I forgot to ask for the cheese and peppers so when I noticed a delivery young man I asked if he would be so kind and then I noticed he looked tired from a long day at work but still with a smile gave me the thumbs up and promptly returned with more than enough cheese and peppers 🌶! The food was really good, the service made me feel important and the place was clean even though they were obviously very busy. Thank you Domino's crew and I look forward to next time! I blame myself at this point. I can’t remember the last time my order was made correctly. The Grants Pass,Oregon domino’s has gone way down hill. Tonight my pizza didn’t have mozzarella cheese, only alfredo sauce. I’ll just let the picture speak for itself. Got an online gift card from an out of town family member since I had surgery yesterday. So I called in an order for delivery and gave the lady my address twice, they said it would be 45 minutes. 2 hours later I called back to find out where my pizza was since it didn't show up. The guy said they must have the wrong address. He asked if I still wanted my pizza...I asked him if it's gonna be hot or if it was gonna be cold.....CLICK...HE HUNG UP ON ME! DO NOT ORDER OR TRUST THIS DOMINOES LOCATION! They didn't call for any address clairification or make any attempt to deliver what I paid for. Once they have your payment information, they don't care if you get your food or they would have called. They are a scam!!! Service: 1

Food/Taste/Flavor: 4/5 - ordered 2 medium pizzas for $6.99 each. The first was a hand tossed pizza with beef and Italian sausage on one side and bacon and pepperoni on the other. The second was a thin pizza with garlic parmesan sauce with spinach and ham on one side with sausage and mushroom on the other. They gave pepperoni instead of mushroom so that side was a bit salty. Wouldn’t try the thin pizzas again for us, it’s a bit dry Ambience: n/a - ordered online for pick up. Shop is clean and you can see them building & cutting the pizzas Service: 5/5 - very friendly and did let me know that the pizza will take another minute or two. Poor lad picked up the phone and was screamed at for a while :( Value for price: 5/5 - quick turnaround, convenient, and decent pizzas overall. Worth it for the price

I really don't like having to leave this review 😞 Dominos has been my favorite for years!!!! Two weeks ago I ordered and did the build your own. One was just a cheese pizza with Xtra cheese. The pizza was dry and half the cheese had slid off the pizza so half of the pizza had no cheese! The second pizza was build your own and I did their parmesan garlic sauce, steak and mushrooms. Again the pizza was so dry, hardly any sauce at all, couldn't even taste any!! And hardly any steak, was mostly just mushrooms. I didn't complain, just chalked it up as an "off" day because everybody has them. So, I tried them again today and what a disappointment! Again both pizzas I ordered had no sauce on them!!! Like what the heck is happening? A shortage on sauce? Pretty disappointing that the last 4 pizzas I have ordered were completely dry and gross!
