Pizza came with wrong sauce. The night we ordered our meal was expected around 7pm. The replacement pizza showed up cold and around 11pm. We also ordered the cinnamon twists. They get smaller every time we have ordered. Nothing as advertised. Seems there is no quality checks as they are required to do. We don't do delivery anymore as they always seem to forget dipping sauces you paid for. Then they don't care when they drop it off. This was once a well managed location.vI can not say that our food had been all that great this past year. We went from ordering weekly to maybe once a month now. Just hoping food quality will return.

Waited three and a half hours after my phone said it was done. I ordered four items and I was given credit for one because it was such a long time. However the food was terrible and we couldn't eat it.

This experience was exceptional as we were asking for delivery to a hotel. Turns out driver was directed to the wrong address. He called and very pleasantly advised that he would reroute himself and make delivery promptly. He not only did so, but the pizza was still hot!!

I asked my son to order pizza, I did not know he said delivery, I always pick it up... while I'm waiting in parking lot my son calls & says pizza is here... I was like OMG... I call immediately & apologized MULTIPLE times but the worker there "Nick" was the rudest person I've met in a long time. To talk to a customer w/ so much disrespect... I was shocked. Accidents happen & I was so sorry. Way to go Nick on losing a customer for your establishment.

Love the food and order here at least once a week until the drivers stopped bringing the food up to our apartment! If third floor is too much for you, don’t deliver pizzas- I am not paying a 3$ delivery charge AND giving you a 10$ tip to stay down in your car AND make me come get my food. It’s too bad cause we were regular customers and really good tippers.

Been going here a long time. Food is pretty good in my opinion. They messed up my carryout pizza and wouldn't deliver the correct one. No apology, and rude upon re-pickup. I had to waste my gas to back there for their mess up...never going to order from here again and have been a customer for years. Place has gone downhill, order elsewhere if you're reading this review.

Rude Order Taker. Slow, backward service. We ordered a large pizza on a busy Friday night. It was supposed to take about 20 minutes. However, after a half hour, one of the workers noticed that they had not even started making our pizza yet. He was nice and polite and made our pizza and got it in the oven. Instead of giving it to us when it came out after 6 minutes, it was placed on a shelf for the delivery people and sat there for another 15 minutes. When I asked the girl at the cashier was extremely rude and located it. It was not as warm as it should have been. It took at least 50 minutes for the order. I work in customer service and the extreme lack and disregard for politeness and decent, professional communications skill on the part of this employee was appalling.

They are always open when I'm hungry and nobody else is open, like on a Sunday, and they have delicious food, just skip the salad, it's pre- packaged and not the best. I love the bread bowls, I always order that, and the specialty chicken. The fact that you can build your own pizza is pretty cool too! I can't eat the rubust sauce but the garlic sauce and Alfredo sauce options are great, and delicious! My family loves the spinach and feta bread sticks, and don't forget the dipping sauces! The soda price is great, 4 sodas with the coupon it's less expensive than the stores in town! Always great deals and u get free pizza with rewards points!
