The food is absolutely delicious! The workers seem fairly unprofessional and while there they had pizzas delivered to this location from southway pizza. At my old job ( another pizza place) my boss would fire you for that because it looks bad on the company. Besides the obvious unprofessional the food is always great. Their service is great. Very friendly, happy people doing the car side service. The food tends to be drastically overcooked. Like I lose half my food because it's so burnt you can't chew it. I love crunchy cheese but this is burnt black charcoal cheese. The parts I can pick through are really good. These idiots answer phone whenever they done bathroom or cigerette break stupid ongoing anoying phone message prompts plus they cant hear the customer wake up people . Also note to Management food prep is not done with pride or integrity big hurry mesns forgetting items overcharging delays and turnover be nore proactive traning is where you fix the problem

Lacey helped me today as she has in the past. This isn't the first time she has screws me all the time. I ordered 3 pizzas, one of them was for a birthday person, and they ordered a large for theirs. It was supposed to have all sorts of toppings on it, chicken, and sausage. olives, an , mushrooms, but it had nothing. They put it down as light with original sauce. Yeah, like we want the biggest pizza out of the 3. Just plain . yeah, makes a lot of sense, right? Maybe if they turn down their music a little bit and actually pay attention to what they're doing . I was the only customer at the time. There's nobody else that had orders in, but apparently one order of three pizzas is too much to handle for 3 or 4 or or however many employees working. It seems like almost 70. Yes, percent of the time I have to call them. Because they screwed up or something's wrong, or they didn't do. just ridiculous, you can never get what you pay for or Jip you on your toppings. Fed up I ordered online, and they're saying the customer is wrong. Because that's not what it says on the receipt. It's like listen I don't care what you put on the receipt. I know what I did online I know. I check marked the freaking bubbles spread your toppings. I order from there all the time. And they think I'm trying to pull one over on Em or something for a freebie. Lace is a man hating biotch

We will not order from Domino's again. Driver left claiming no one was home. Said he knocked and rang the doorbell, our doorbell is super loud Tracker online said pizza was delivered. I thought honest mistake, delivered to the wrong address, it happens, I can handle that. Then I called at about 7:10 pm, ordered at around 6pm, even though they claim it was 6:24, but it doesn't show on the online order. The person I talked to claimed it was still on its way. Waited 10 minutes and called again. Person on the phone said our pizza was at their store under the warmer. After an hour I said I didn't want the same pizza. They said but it's under the warmer. It's fine. I kept saying I wanted it remade. So she told me I could talk to the GM. So I did. He tried to say the same thing. No remake, no nothing, like it was our fault, even though we had 8 people at home that definitely would have heard a knock and absolutely a doorbell. Finally after enough arguing he agreed to remake it. Said it would be longer. So that meant another 40 minutes before anyone showed up. The driver was very short, almost threw the food and the sauces at us like he was mad at us. I can tell you right now I have never ever made a review like this. But I'm not sure this has ever happened without the restaurant or fast food place actually trying to fix it. But here it is. The food definitely didn't look remade. But it was hot 👍 lol. We ordered some of the cheese sauce and there was barely any covering the bottom of the pan. So I didn't know what else to do or say. I usually give a lot of grace on customer service. I've been there and there are days. But this seemed a little way less than customer service should be and hope no one else has this experience.

Great job! Pizza was great as usual. AND the delivery driver Robert came to the right address! Sounds easy but Google Maps says our house is on 22nd instead of 3rd
