Guests don't highly appreciate pizza at this pizzeria. A lot of visitors suppose that the service is cool.

I ordered at 3:35, tracker said it went in the oven at 4:15. Received the order at 4:30. I ordered a diet soda, I'm diabetic so even though I enjoy soda, I need to get diet. The driver had a regular soda. The pizza was hot, I got one of the dip, marinara and cheese, and both were nice and hot, so it was fresh from the oven. I like Domino's regularly, they are as good as all the chains, but it seems that I always get not so great service. I know it is a football championship weekend, and probably shift change, but this has become the normal. The biggest advantage is Domino's is the only pizza shop I found that delivers to where I live. Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

2/23/24 Very surprised in the accuracy between the App and the Unit... it seemed that the unit is working in a different aspect and it seems to be more customer focused versus getting pizza 🍕 out of the building. I stopped going because of that reason but we may change our pickup point. Also, the pizza was better than it used to be where then it seemed rushed. The pizzas that we got were fine, but were not what was ordered. My bad that I did not open them on the counter to check again that they matched the ticket, as should have been done twice before it got to me at the counter... Did not when they were made, nor when pulled from oven into box. Staff was overwhelmed, could not push pizzas thru fast enough, had a backlog of people collecting to pickup. I chose Domino’s to feed my family tonight, and when I got our pizzas home, they were burnt and dry as the Sahara desert! I feel like I wasted my money on them. We barely ate any of it and the dogs didn’t even want it! The edges were so burnt, they were black and the toppings were dry and hardened to the bread. The cheese had been cooked so hard it melted into nonexistence! I only had one hour to feed my family because I work nights so I could not bring it back in. This has happened before at the same place but I did not review it because I wanted to give them a second shot. This is unacceptable! As pricy as things are these days, when I spend my money on something, I expect it to be worth it. As far as customer service, the place was deserted and I stood there for at least four minutes before I was even acknowledged and when I was helped, I don’t think he said anything but maybe two words. Customer service could improve drastically. It was as dry as the pizzas. I won’t be back and will tell my family and friends to not return as well! After calling for 2 and a half hours I drove down to the location to figure out where my food was. Keith lied directly to my face and told me that it had just left on delivery, they were too busy to answer the phone all night, and it would arrive in three minutes. (Not to mention the stoned man sitting in the lobby) After another three hours of waiting we realized they lied, and the next day they refunded the order. Terrible communication and completely useless staff. Frozen pizza would do better.

Online wait said 30-40 min. After an hour, the tracker said pizza was delivered, but I received nothing. I called the store incredibly politely, almost as if I were so privileged to support this business and was met with attitude. Manager on phone states the tracker is wrong and the pizza is on it's way. I said ,"oh okay. Thank your for the information" and she responds "uh huh" with attitude. I wait and call back shortly realizing I never got an eta. She responds with "you just ordered 15 minutes ago!" I tell her "no, I called 15 minutes ago about an order I placed an hour and a half ago." Realizing she was wrong she reacts with MORE attitude stating "well! My wait times are 1-1.5 hours!" I respond with, when I order online and it says 30-40 minutes, that's what I expect. If that isn't the case then I should've gotten a call about the extra wait time" Now I'm frustrated, because it seemed like she was the customer and I was supposed to please her! The entitlement was crazy. She continues with more attitude and I respond if I should just cancel this order to which she responds "whatever works for you"angrily. I say "cancel it" and she hangs up without another word. I drove to the store to get confirmation and receipt of my refund and there is a lady in front of me that the manager is arguing with about a refund, cold pizza and late delivery. (What a surprise) she turns to me and asks what she can help me with as if to dismiss the customer still in front of her and I respond with, "im here for a refund receipt!" The look on her face was priceless, I must say. She looks at my information and proceeds to tell me she can't give me a receipt, it's already processed, but she can show me the screen. I ask to speak to the manager and low and behold she was the manager XD. I couldn't hold in my laughter. I ask for her name to which she refuses and says she doesnt need to tell me her name. I just call her Sierra since on the email tracker that's the manager listed. The best way I can describe her is around 4'10", heavier set, yellow hair, glasses, cant look you straight in the eye and holds mouth open while breathing manager. I'd call her by name but she refused to give it. I walk out and return shortly to get a screenshot of the canceled order. I later get notification of the canceled order through email, which I can't help but think she didn't process until after I showed in person. We placed an order on the app at 1130 AM. At 1230 PM we had still not received the pizza so we called the store and they assured us that is was out for delivery. At 130 PM we had still not received the pizza so we called again and they told us the pizza was in the oven. When we tried to explain we had already been told the pizza was out for delivery the manager never tried to make it right. She just fussed at me for being inpatient. Service Delivery Service: 1

Easy to order online, Food was great Had the BbQ boneless chicken And a chicken bacon ranch Sandwich Got it delivered less then 30 minutes Delivery driver was nice . About 20.00 with tip and delivery fee. That's ok.
I ordered light sauce and we couldn't even eat the pizza. It was too late to go back. The young lady was nice while her coworkers stood around talking...loudly Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 2 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes Lava Cake

I ordered two pizzas for delivery on 10/05/2023. The delivery was marked as completed on the app, but I didn't receive my order. I called the store about the issue and was told that I would receive my order shortly. The pizzas that I received were obviously thrown together and were undercooked. I ended up throwing them away. I will never patronize this establishment again as the service continues to go downhill.
