Foods ok. We ha e ordered from them 3 times (delivery) twice the pizzas were folded up/flipped in the box. The 3rd time they brought the wrong order. I ordered a personal Hawaiian and salad for delivery. The pizza was burned and not even 1 piece of pineapple. Usually have good pizza from here. I'm eating it but it doesn't taste very good. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 5

I'm from Florida and Donatos chicken mariachi pizza is the best pizza I have ever tasted in my life. My wife put me on to it and every time I visit Columbus ohio I have to have one. Well tonight we tried the beef mariachi pizza and it runs a very close second, I think we will get a half chicken, half beef from now on.

Incredibly rude staff!!! I had rewards points for a free pizza and when I tried to order it online it would not go through. I called the store and was told: HIM: (which was supposedly a manager) you don't have no credits! Me: um, I believe I do because I'm looking at my rewards points right now online! HIM: oh, thought you said credits, yeah that happens with rewards,, not sure what you want me to do about it... I can't just give you a free pizza ME: Well sir...according to my credits you can. The restaurant is always clean and the whole team is always friendly and inviting. Everyone works hard to ensure their customers have a truly wonderful experience. After driving 1000 miles for one of the best pizza's, I had to stop in Westerville. I was not let down in anyway. Had a large pep, the new garlic cheese bread and Big Don .
