Donuts are always made fresh and taste amazing each and every time. The people are super friendly and always get you in and out every time you come here. The parking lot if full of pot holes and sometime you can get in a traffic jam depending how many people want their donuts. So buyer beware. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First time here. Customer service is very poor. I asked the girl to heat up the Apple fritter I order and she tossed it in the microwave like she was mad. Oh and my donut was in the same bag so she heated that too which I didn’t want. Apple fritter was so greasy it soaked up the brown paper bag it was in. Barely has any apple in it. After 2 bites I felt nauseous from all the grease. I did get jelly donuts and it tasted great.

Can't say I'm too impressed by the donut factory in tulare. took the babies on a bike ride this morning and was gonna take them for a donut, but they wouldn't allow them inside in their trailer. well, can't very well leave them in the trailer outside. so we'll do our best not to go here under any other conditions either. so do they make wheelchair bound people crawl in? or people with strollers leave the stroller outside? we'll find a different place for a morning treat. only reason they get 2 stars is cause I know the donuts are good based off of a visalia location.

The ham and cheese croissant was good, what I didn’t like was the customer service. There was no welcoming smile whatsoever and me and my partner felt extremely rushed to make a decision because the guy taking our order wouldn’t even give us time to think it trough so we got whatever came to mind without actually taking the time to see. I have never felt so uncomfortable so quickly in any shop before. Would I recommend ? No, not really. Work on customer service please.

The donuts are good, but the woman in the black LA cap has terrible customer service. I went in to purchase some donuts and she did not greet me. I said "good morning" and she did not reply. It makes you feel uncomfortable as a customer to walk into something like that specially at 4:30 in the morning. Will definitely look for other options next time I want donuts.
