This is our first time eating here at Dookki.
Price is good.
Food is 9/10
For first timers it’s better watch food vlogs about Dookki so you will be familiarize with the food and Dookki sauces.
Our major concern was there were a few flies 🪰 around the buffet station and in our area where some of it goes directly to the food,
even though there were candles around it.
Hoping they can improve the solution to it for the cleanliness of the place.

I didn't know you can mix the sauces to the broth to get that unique taste... thanks to the knowledgeable server... just ask.
I'll be coming back for more.

We enjoyed it for a good 45 mins. The cheese sauce was so LEGIT, unlike others which are watered down.
There are a lot of chicken varieties, seafood, noodles, veggies and rice cake to choose from.
Please come in groups of 4, if you come in two's, manage what you eat. Stay away from rice cakes. 😆😆😆
Meat slices are small too.

Food is great! Limited dishes tho but worth it if you love HitPot and Chicken.

3 Star:
1. Poor attention to service.
2. Poor variety of food:
3. Rude and untrained male dining officer.
4. The officer was just busy using his celfone.
5. No service staff goes around to check us and give some recommendations.
6. 3 types of Fried chicken and 2 types of sweet potatoes.
7. Not serving paper napkins, I use my own wet wipes.
8. Plenty of flies.
9. Seafood like shrimp and mussels were not fresh.
10. Plain rice was spoiled.
11. No place for washing of hands coz you need to use your hands to eat the shrimp and fried chicken.
Note:
1. I will definitely will not recommend this restaurant.
2. The service staff and officers need to have service training.

Everything was great except for the flies flying around. Some flies will land on our food and sometimes even on the place where all the food is located. I hope they fix it ASAP to avoid further problems like eggs on food.
