Excellent Doris Italian Market & Bakery - I had never been to one before. Found the location to be conducive as it's close to major roads, has an accessible parking lots, and situated close to other businesses and restaurants. Really enjoyed seeing the bakery section as it was huge. There is plenty of food and products to look at and purchase.

YOU MUST VISIT DORIS ITALIAN MARKET AND BAKERY. The wine variety, the fresh bakery goodies, the olives , the cheeses and all the good stuff from Italy is here. Is a good grocery store with Italian favorites items. And it’s super clean, nice smell and atmosphere❤️

I have been shopping in this market for years mainly for the good quality of the food. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with one of the owners. The place was busy and I just needed a few items. I used my small ice bag to shop, when I was selecting items she stopped me using a rude tone saying you can't shop like this here and when I asked why she said because people come here to steal. I understand your rules, but there is no need to be rude with your customers. If you do not like customers please do not work on the floor. In all these years it is the first time I see you there. Your employees are amazing hard workers, I hope you treat them better than you treat your customers.

Horrible Service. Thank God the food is decent because that’s all you really have. The woman behind the counter of the pre-selected foods was extremely rude to my father and I. We walked in and we had a rough day and he was hurting; We looked to see if someone could help and she appeared stating out loud, “well, I called you three times!” … 🤷🏻‍♀️ I was confused if we were in some low class government stand or what for that slime comment and with attitude like we actually did it on purpose :/ we actually didn’t hear her. Everyone there seems like they have a chip on their shoulder and it’s uncomfortable shopping there … not pleasant atmosphere at all … please understand that image is important especially how you treat people. I’ve been to this place more than once and I always feel uncomfortable and not welcomed at all. I can shop somewhere else and get good authentic Italian elsewhere

Place is clean and one of the employee in the meat section is very helpful, but if you to the cash register name Joan is a racist she even say hi to me, but the guy next to me she says Hi, and even thank you nothing so what you feel. Am not recommending it to my friends.and one more thing I put my meat to the plastic bag and she remove it but she doesn’t put it back.

Great Italian market in Sunrise! If you are nostalgic about your Italian grandmother’s food, or you are simply into their specialties and fare, the place has a lot of goodies and options. They have products you cannot find in mainstream markets. The place has a bakery, wines, a cheese department, etc. Check it out!

The best deli, market and bakery in South Florida bar none. Amazing and authentic food, the bakery is my favorite part. Feels like I went to Italy. 1st class staff who are always nice and helpful. Anyone in South Florida that is not going to Doris’ for their Italian cuisine is missing the boat completely.

I ordered 4lbs of these buttery non-pareil cookies for my mom's funeral. I received them 30 minutes ago in the mail. After paying $30+ for delivery, alone, you can imagine the disappointment I felt seeing crumbs and cookies broken into small pieces. This is my first time ordering from this company. These cookies are hard to find, so I gave in to the large delivery charge. This is inexcusable as they aren't going to even be able to be put on a cookie plate , much left served. What a waste of $66+. I will share with the rest of our Italian family about this horrible experience.
