Food was really good except it too a bit to get my Honey BBQ chicken strips and fries. My blizzard came right out quickly. Just spent $17 on 2 blizzards. A royal cheese cake and featured flavor mint brownie. Hardly had any fixings in it. My mint had a hue of green color and about 4 pieces of brownies. And the cheese cake blizzard had chocolate pieces in it! I think they made a big mistake on both and the bad part is I didn't know until I got all the way home in Scranton. Would be nice if they would compensate me for them to get a new one... just saying.. Horrible management and owner. My husband was eating in DQ for the first time and did not know that yellow mustard came automatically on burgers, especially as this was not posted on the menu. He took two bites of a burger, realized there was yellow mustard on it, and asked for the sandwich to be exchanged for one with no mustard. The owner/manager refused and said he would have to pay if he wanted another one.

Order was correct, employees were polite. But most of them were standing around. I ordered 2 blizzards and 2 cups of vanilla with sprinkles. I'm in the car myself and I got 4 items with no lids, no bag or a carrier. Like you go to any fast food restaurant, they don't hand your food out piece by piece. I'm not sure if the "new management" is being cheap or the young employees don't care. Again will probably steer clear of this place Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

The kids working there were very friendly and personable. One of them came outside where we were eating and gave our dog a biscuit! Above and beyond the norm. Stopped for a quick bite off the highway - ended up here for an hour. Food took forever, then we got the wrong meal but rather than let us eat it like we said we would they took it back and took forever again to make a new one. The restaurant has big puddles and towels everywhere. If you're looking for a quick stop, I suggest you keep driving to one of the other fast food stops along the road.
