Food is hit or miss. Sometimes it's great. Other times it's sloppy and subs barely have toppings. FYI- There's an almost 7 dollar fee added just to even order delivery online. Then, plus tip lol. Turns a 12 dollar turkey sub into over 20 dollars. Basically doubled the price of my order.

Ordered a calzone and it was nothing but a greasy 16$ pizza. Where I come from there’s at least ricotta in the calzone it’s covered it’s not cut up in little 12 inch pieces holding onto it was just gross

I haven't had the food in awhile, but I used to love their chicken finger pizza. Unfortunately, that's where the positives end.
The biggest offense is that they play Newsmax on the TV. (For those that don't know, that's a right-wing extremist channel worse than Fox News.)
Secondly, delivery orders are rarely ready on time, and I doubt they are being properly prioritized.
Finally, when I was about to exit with my delivery order, an employee said she needed to see my phone to see that I had confirmed the pick-up. I absolutely don't blame her for what I'm sure is a terrible DHOP policy! The restaurant's job is to prepare the order; the driver's job is to deliver it. Neither party needs to be involved in the other's assignment.
Hopefully, some changes can be implemented to improve the experiences of many!
You have good food. I love your teriyaki dinner, steak & cheese sub & pizza 🍕. I usually get the Syrian cheese pizza; however, I think it’s a little pricey since it’s so small.& thin. I may switch to a regular small cheese pizza 🍕as it’s a better value.

I had the Dracut House of Pizza Special Sub & Cajun Waffle Fries. The Sub was excellent -- among the best I've ever had! The fries were very good as well. Counter service was especially friendly, pleasant & efficient. This place could easily become a habit.

Ordered teriyaki cheesesteak with the Cajun waffle fries Cajun waffle fries are good, make sure you check your order when ordering for takeout came back home have to toppings were missing on what I ordered and they had it checked off as complete frustrating as I'm already home when I noticed
