I stopped by for a quick late lunch and had the Brüder Sandwich - Jalapeño Cheese with grilled sauerkraut and onions! All were friendly & one of the sons showed me the dried & link or round pork/beef sausage they sell. I appreciated that they source their beef locally from Lonestar! Looking forward to trying the dried sausage as it’d be a great option for fueling outdoor adventures. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Let me begin by saying it's currently 24° out and gross. I pulled up and was immediately got a warm greeting by a younger guy(I say younger and he's more than likely my age, late 20's- early 30's) as I was getting out of my car to get to the food truck. I got over there, placed my order and then a lady came out and gave me the warmest greeting as well. So the man tells me that he'll bring me my food, so I got to sit in my car and thaw out, which I really appreciated. So customer service is A++++ Now for the food. I got a breakfast burrito and a Pancake wrapped sausage on a stick. The salsa is spicy and a perfect compliment to the burrito. The pancake and sausage on a stick is warm, the perfect balance of sweet and savory, and you can tell they aren't letting their oil get old(I worked food service for a decade, I can tell by the smell of the food if oil is old). The food is also reasonably priced. So A++++ on the food Overall, definitely worthy of 5 stars. 😁 Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Every time I have ordered from Drei Bruder’s, it has been delicious. Doesn’t matter if it is breakfast, lunch, or to purchase their sausage, it has always been the best.
