Wonderful local brewery! Yaay Bo Hicks!! Great beer selection. Cool atmosphere. Food was fresh and so good. Best pretzel ever. Cuban sandwich was excellent. Big selection of hot dogs. Pinball machines! Highly recommend.

Stellar selection, staff, and community. You can find everything from open-mic night to trivia here and folks who’ll welcome you. Love this place and the people who make it such a fixture of Tuscaloosa!

Great beer, great folks. Was down for a conference and went to the trivia night. The vibe was awesome, beer was delicious, the atmosphere was industrial and a little arty, and they have really good washrooms. 👍

Great spot to grab a local brew. Helpful, knowledgeable staff, and friendly regulars. Decor includes art from local artist and changes frequently. Entertainment includes: open Mic night, comedy night, trivia, and touring bands. They have coloring books, card games, board games, and old school video games available. Also, it's a great place to catch a game.

Druid City is uniquely Tuscaloosa. Stop in for a Parkway Porter and order a snack from Ell's kitchen!

Tuscaloosa's best kept secret for original bands. Outside seating where you just bring your food and sit and relax. The new venue is just what it needed to become. For you oldies it has that Chucker Vib from the 70's 80's and 90's. Thanks to Bo, t-town has something special

Love this little brewery! They may be small but they pack a punch. Live bands, lively people, and excellent local brew. Highly recommend it to any enthusiast.

Full disclosure: I absolutely love this place. Allow me to go on and on too long about it. First, the beer list is small, but varied, and all superb locally-brewed beers. Second, the owner and bartender(s) here are super friendly, helpful, and will definitely let you sample any of their wonderful wares. Third, the seating outside feels like it emerged from an episode of Portlandia about the newest bar in Portland which is actually a site for old industrial wooden cable spools that happens to have great beer next to it. By which I mean: it's shabby chic; the height of ye olde cultural in the heart of Tuscaloosa. Fourth, you can literally walk to Mr. Chen's in between beers, get the amazing Shrimp and Black Bean Sauce ( you should, it's delicious), take it back to DCBCT, and eat it while drinking another beer at said wooden cable spool table. Fifth, read #4 again. For real! It makes for an amazing slightly-inebriated night! Love this place. Now that I'm thinking about it, maybe I should go this evening? See you there!
