The service is nice Iv Never had anyone rude but this location coffee and breakfast is literal trash every single time I go. nitro taste like water zero flavor they make my hot coffee wrong every single time not hard to not put sugar even when asked multiple times but yet every single time they put sugar and the coffee is always sour. Hash browns are always burnt food is always served hot but everything is so bland, this location is easy to get to as I live right across the street but not worth wasting my money here Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 2

The customer service was good and okay. The first person who offered help was great but I wasn't ready. The second person didn't speak much but handled the business. I was in and out pretty quickly. I got two scoops. The cherry jubilee was good. The chocolate ice cream was okay. Something was off and I don't know what it was to be honest. It could've been my taste buds after eating breakfast. I've stopped going to this location because every time I've been my coffee cup has been filled 2/3 of the way and it's always barely warm. Also, almost every time I've been they've got at least one thing wrong with the order.

I love that the coffee is less expensive than Starbucks, but I would rather pay more than be disappointed. I can't remember the last time I visited this Dunkin and wasn't disappointed (the only reason we keep going, they have donuts). The tables were dirty, which I could understand later in the day, but we were in at 8a and there were 7 employees working (5 of which were just standing around talking). My breakfast sandwich was decent but flat as a pancake. My Caramel latte was really good but the refresher we ordered was almost too sweet to drink. Ordered hash browns for the first time, incredibly disappointed. We only received 6 small rounds in the bag and they were almost charred and had a weird taste. On my way to work I decided to grab me a coffee and some bacon avocado toast, and when I finally get it it doesn’t have any sweetener in it. No big deal I circle back an park and tried to go in to have them fix it. As there drive thru was to long and I had to go to work. But there lobby was closed due to “short staffing” so I call their phone number an the line was busy. So I finally give up only for me to finally eat my toast to see the bacon burnt and barely on it. This is just weird to me, I’ve never Experienced such bad customer service. I wish I could’ve waited in the drive-through but I had to get to work. Waste of money waste of time.

David was the best! Very friendly and polite! Stopped what he was doing to make the drink i wanted when the older lady wouldn't even acknowledge that i was standing there! You rock David! Once upon a time I dated a beautiful woman who introduced me to this facility. They still serve hot and ready meals and fresh coffee. My favorite French curlers are still fresh and on hand. The staff still eager to help and provide you with the best experience possible. The facility was in great shape clean freshly mopped. Thank you for the good experience team. We were trying to get munchkins in the drive through which was long line 8 in the morning, we didn’t catch her name but she told us there was none when we went inside decided to get something else they said they had it! Very confused and rude staff. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered a coffee a latte and a chorizo wrap which we order all the time in maine but this was the best wrap we ever got lots of meat and not soupy looking like usual. Our coffees where made wrong and I'm not one to complain about things so i was walking out but i made a grossed out face when I drank it and the owner manager corporate guy who ever it was saw me and asked if he could remake my coffee and did and it was great and I'm impressed by the customer service.
