I love this place. Everyone is super fast and also super kind and helpful. I use the mobile app before I go and it’s the fastest drive-through in Roswell. The food is always hot and fresh. The drinks are always right. They remember their customers, they care, and they are happy to see you at the window. It’s a great place. Highly recommend. I placed an order here the other day early in the morning and I didn’t get what I ordered. I ordered a caramel frozen coffee and got a concoction of sweet and chocolate. It was gross. I even used my reward points for this drink. Those points were definitely wasted. I understand it’s early, but I still deserve a decent drink. Definitely feels like they do not care at all. Usually quick and don’t mess up the coffees up too much (but it is dunkin so it does happen). Ordered my latte today with an extra espresso shot and watched them make it without putting that shot on. Edit: they didn't put in the flavor for my latte either. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Great service and wonderful people working there. Very fast so in and out. Maybe a little too fast because my bagel was missing some cream cheese. It had a little. Very little. Other than that it's a good Dunkin Donuts.

Dude working tonight 11/28 at 6:45pm says oven isn’t working and all we can order are donuts or coffee. I suspect that means he already cleaned up and doesn’t want to have to reclean. We don’t want either of those for dinner so just left. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No surprises here menu wise. It's Dunkin Donuts. But the drive through is inconveniently situated. The staff was nice but they forgot to put cream cheese on my gosh darn bagel. There are better options around than this spot.

Unfortunately even though arrived at 9:15a , doughnuts completely stale and cold; coffee was like warm and barely drinkable. You arrive at the drive-thru window with a “huge” tip jar you literally have to reach past to provide payment. Poor experience all around. I come to this dunkin donuts very regularly for breakfast at the start of my work day. I especially appreciate the courtesy and attentiveness that Jose and his staff bring to the location. The food is always fresh and hot. Their drinks are made to order correctly and have been remade on very rare occasion. I usually order the power breakfast sandwich either on the multigrain bun or an everything bagel. They're both excellent but I find that the egg and turkey sausage tend to be slippery in the bread which makes it difficult to eat. All in all this is a 5 star Dunkin location. Horrible customer service. Stingy with condiments and didn't even give me a bag for my meal or put my coffee lid on right. Almost burned myself smh 😩 Meal type Breakfast

Go to the Starbucks down the street instead! Ordered through the drive thru and the Indian guy taking the order (assuming he’s the manager) wouldn’t even let us finish talking before he would cut us off saying anything else? After rushing us through our order, he didn’t even tell us a total and just yelled at us to go to the window. He threw our food at us and snatched our card. Didn’t even give us a receipt for our order. When we pulled away the “iced caramel coffee with cream and sugar” I ordered tasted like I was drinking pure simple syrup. My husband went in and asked them to remake it, and the Indian guy who originally made it, cut off the lady working the front and rudely yelled “no free remakes”. The lady at the counter secretly agreed to remake the drink. While my husband was waiting for the drink to be remade, he overheard the Indian guy arguing with multiple other customers about their orders that HE messed up!! The girl who remade the drink didn’t put any sweetener or sugar or syrup in it. We ended up just going to Starbucks and getting a new drink. It put both my husband and I in a horrible mood to start our morning. And we have a coffee that we aren’t able to stomach that we don’t even know what we paid for it. This is by far the worst Dunkin’ I’ve ever ever been to!! Just their lack of customer service alone is enough for me to advise everyone to go somewhere else!
