The donuts (when available) are fine. The problem is the service. I've been to this location several times and the service is terrible. I was told they prefer customers to use the kiosks to reduce the risk of COVID (which is hilarious since everyone is touching the same kiosks!). The problem is that if you use the kiosk, you don't find out if they are out of something until AFTER you have already paid and AFTER you have already been waiting for 5-10 minutes. The argument for a refund is pointless as they claim they simply can't. They offered me a substitution, but all of the stuff they claimed to have left are things I don't want. I've been the only customer waiting on an order, watching two of the employees play games on their phones only to realize they don't have any coffee ready! When I got my coffee home, it was a bit gritty because the bottom had 1/4" of grounds in the bottom of it (not to mention they didn't add any cream or sugar like I requested on my order). I've stopped by mid-morning to see that even though there are only 1-2 customers sitting and eating/drinking, the donut case is EMPTY. There is no apparent supervision or manager to address these problems when you encounter them. It's great the base is offering more options for us, but these options mean nothing if they aren't run very well. Came from out of town, and out of every Dunkin I have ever been to I experienced the worse customer service. One employee just ignored me for at least 5 mins then refused to take my order said I needed to use the kiosk. I have been going here for over a year and it was amazing , however over the last 2 months I truly feel like it’s just like every other place!! It’s just not the same && I am just disappointed and saddened!! Missing the Dunkin’ I use to get!! Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
I’m not even sure where to start. First off they are never open even when advertised to be. There has been an occasion where I put in an order for $25 worth of food and coffee and when I arrived I was told the systems were down. I have never been refunded for that purchase even after talking with the manager multiple times. Also multiple times I have ordered in person and be waiting in line only to be told that item isn’t available although I already paid and it’s listed on the menu. I understand that the food industry isn’t easy but if you’re going to be on an installation and serve military service members and their family the least you could do would be have a better sense of competency.
After being open for months, I am changing my review. This location is often closed without notice, for various reasons and is understaffed. I have been in at opening a few times and no one has ever been there to take orders. The donuts, even earlier in the day have been stale. Second Edit: For those that mobile order to only find out the store is closed, email HR explain to them the situation, I even take photos to show that they are closed in case that's needed. They have been great and have refunded me on my gift card and have even added my freebie/rewards back to my account.
Definitely needs a new manager! I was there at 7:30am and didn't get my order until 8:30am (my order was hot coffee). The amount of customers waiting for their order was ridiculous. A new girl was in training however the manager did poorly with training and kept dissappearing leaving the new employee clueless. I did step in and showed the new employee how to get creamer, ( I needed creamer for my coffee) felt bad for her and gave words of encouragement since it wasn't her fault that her manager/trainer was useless!! They stole a total of $18 from us so far from them being “open” and taking our order online but not providing anything due to NO ONE BEING IN THE STORE. The base honestly should kick Dunkin out. I’m not the only one this has happened to. Least change the store status to accurately reflect what’s going on.

I asked for a hot latte in San Antonio and it was barely lukewarm They just should have put ice in it. I thought this was only at the store at Goodfellow afb but I guess it is at all stores. I will be sticking to starbucks from now on. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10
Lady saw me, and just stayed on her phone. Then when I placed my order for a hot chocolate. Gave me one that just tasted like hot water. No good Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
