I used my points to get myself a latte at no cost per the app , the Brazilian woman still charged me and I told her through the app it used up all my points and she still took the cash even though it was suppose to “ free” because of the points , I emailed Dunkin’ Donuts to complain about me being charged when I should not have been and a week later they inform me it’s because the owner of the location has not responded to them. I only go her once a week on sunday to pick up coffee and breakfast sandwiches for two. Every single time, EVERY WEEK, they mess up my order. 2 coffee, 2 sandwiches, 2 hash browns. I even repeat it at the drive through to make sure they get it. Wrong order again today, in combination with zero friendliness (bordering on hostile), I won’t be going to that dunks any longer. Menu doesn’t work in the drive thru. It also seems that the food is prepared and then reheated or something it taste rubbery/old. Experienced this more than once. Meal type Lunch

Watched an employee touch his face then hair than face again then his hair then put his hat on then started making coffees and not once did he wash his hands 🤮🤮🤮 didn't even get out my car watched him through the window, i drove away. I will not be returning to this location. I went through the drive-thru waited about 15 minutes just to order, left and had to turn around because my order was wrong. When i went inside to get a new sandwich instead of an apology i got an eye roll then stood there for another 5 minutes to finally have them ask if i was waiting for food. They had remade my sandwich and not given it to me so by then it was cold and so were my hashbrowns because i never got new ones. im pretty sure they just retoasted the same sandwich too because it tasted stale and burnt. Food was cold and rubbery. We were trying to maneuver a wheel chair around an employee cleaning the bathroom, who just would not get out of his way. At one point she opened one of the bathroom doors right into the back of his wheelchair. While eating our food, she was washing the table beside us and the spray was getting all over our food. I asked for napkins at the counter and was sent out the main doors into a vestibule type place. You can't just hand me napkins?
