I ordered through the app. Right after picking up my coffee and donuts, I felt the cup was "light." When I opened it, the latte was only 3/4 full, with no whip cream, etc as ordered. The donuts - delicious, $6+ coffee, B.S. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Recommended dishes Donuts

I was so pumped to have a Dunkin nearby but barely go anymore. Coffee is okay, but it’s clearly evident why they took “donuts” out of the name. They’re so so bad. This mornings were literally ice cold like they came straight out of the refrigerator from yesterdays batch. Cub’s are about twice the size and fresh Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3

My bacon egg and cheese muffin was frosty cold in the center. Gross!! No refund unless I go back in person. Not ok. They had 1 other customer, non peak hours, and zero excuse! Food: 1 Service: 1
I ordered from this location through DoorDash and was disappointed with most of the order. My large iced cappuccino was only half full and had no ice at all. I realize that if it had the ice it would be full but no ice. It also did not taste any where near how it should. No flavor. Just coffee. I ordered it with coconut. My hot matcha was warm at best and absolutely disgusting. I couldn’t drink it. And my loaded hash browns, no bacon were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Very disappointing Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
Stopped in for the first time since it was close to where i was at. It was 7:45 and there were maybe 8 or 9 selections. The glaze and the frosting looked like they were running out that day, as it was pretty thin. I usually go to Sonrise and will probably go back there. Their donuts are quite a bit better than what I had at dunkin. Probably the difference between a small local business and a regulated chain store.
We stopped in for an early breakfast treat this morning. That's always the best time to go to ANY donut shop: soon after they open. You not only get the best selection but also...the donuts are extremely fresh. I know they likely make donuts all day long seeing as they are open into the early evening. There's just something about that early morning batch though. We always go inside to order...have never used the drive-thru. While service has always been just fine...they do kind of push you to order quickly to keep the line moving. I get it...not a big deal...just sometimes it takes a minute to figure out exactly what we want...and...how much. They offer a small dine-in area too...if you so choose to do so. I rarely get any coffee but...I did today. I tried an iced regular coffee...and...it was good. I did figure out I'm not much of an iced coffee person however. Haha! The donuts have never disappointed. They are the main draw afterall. I liked having my favorite donut shaped as a heart today...Valentine's month cuteness. We enjoy their donuts...and...will always stop at a Dunkin' when the mood strikes.

terrible service, unfortunately the wait times for simple menu items are way longer than any other establishment in the area. this morning I was asked by the manager to pull forward and he would bring my sandwich out shortly. I waited, and watched as he brought out food for other customers, until I finally had to go inside and ask for my food. He had the nerve to act annoyed that I wanted my sandwich 15 min after he said he’d bring it out. No apology, no thank you for waiting, just indifference. If you choose to waste your time and $ on this over priced food, don’t let them pull you forward or you will likely be waiting for food while they forget about you. Cub bakery is next door and has better donuts for less money. This place has been terrible since they opened and continues to provide terrible service and marginal products. They never seem to replace the donuts once the items are being sold. I asked the service person why they relace the donuts as they are being soldrestock and the response was "We are supposed to, but we have a lazy manager". Best Dunkin in the area. Avoid the Dunkin in Richfield off Penn and 66th.
I ask for a extra shot at expresso every time on my coffee and they never do it, and I also ask for 3 splendas, but my coffee keeps being too sweet, until I saw that they have a big container of splenda, so they just eye ball it. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
