I'm only giving 5 stars because the staff are so friendly and nice and my food is always hot. My daughter does nails, so the young ladies and I (only until my order is complete) talk nails and designs. The new gentelman that started has very good customer service asdo the others. The morning crew handles the everyday morning rush like champions, with great customer service. I say this because of my experiences and many visits. God job!!! Now, the drive-thru path and parking lot leaves a lot to be desired. Not having a lot of the items on the menu is UNACCEPTABLE as many times as it has happened!!! Now, back to the parking lot. There was a huge pothole close to the window in the drive-thru for several months. It finally got fixed after many months. Currently, there are potholes at the exit/entrance from the main road that are getting bigger and bigger by the day. It's like driving through a minefield! PLEASE FIX YOUR PARKING LOT AND ORDER ENOUGH FOOD LIKE BACON, SAUSAGE, EGGS!!!!!. What a joke! No one on line the person behind the counter turns her back making one cup of coffee. FIVE MINUTES and she still watching coffee drip. Finally acknowledging me I ask for toasted almond iced with milk……she said toasted almond what….. nevermind I walked out. Do you not sell coffee?
