I gave this place multiple chances. Its a disaster in there out of certain breads half the time cold sandwiches wrong orders. People are hard on dunkins in their reviews i am not but this place is by far the worst organized dd consistently I've been to in awhile. Shut down and retrain every person that works there absolute worst!!! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Literally waiting 30 minutes to get just up to the window with only 4 cars in front of me. Once at the window it was another ten minutes before I got my order. They hadn’t made my coffee nor my food (a simple bagel with cream cheese) and they didn’t even give me the right one. HIGHLY do not recommend coming to this Dunkin. Very slow. If I could give zero stars I would.

Second time this week I’ve attempted to order a bagel with veggie cream cheese . The veggie cream cheese is disgusting. Something is wrong with it. Looks like it’s been left out and is curdled. Waste of money. Employees should be able to use common sense and realize when product is not good anymore. Ordered a Signature Pumpkin Spiced Latte... received a Pumpkin iced coffee... ordered a bacon, egg and cheese on an everything bagel... received an egg sandwich. I bought some stuff from this location today, and most of it was okay at best but one of my bagel bites had a finger not only pressed into it, but the picture I’ll be supplying below shows that it was pressed in PRIOR to cooking because of the crispiness of the edges of the indent. It was also cracked down the middle because of this. I’m incapacitated and unable to drive because of it and this was my breakfast.

i’ve been getting dunkin for years and i’ve never had a problem until now. i’m a very patient person and i am always on my way to work when i stop so i never have time to stop and let them know something is wrong. i understand mistakes happen, but something is wrong with my order 75% of the time i go there. i’ve received burnt food, cold food, food that’s over an hour old, coffee that tastes burnt. the list goes on. and it’s ONLY this location i’ve had issues with. very dissatisfied and it sucks because it used to be great.

Mocha Latte and black coffee. Waited for a long time for someone to even acknowledge I was waiting at the counter. A simple, "be with you in a few" would have been enough to recognize me waiting in the restaurant. Drinks were made, but one leaked and was McDonald's lawsuit hot. The people there hate their jobs, the bathroom was disgusting with wet towels laying around. There were very little options for donuts and they gave me my latte cold. Also, the people that go there were rude dismissive people that nearly ran to get in front of you to the counter or bathroom. I'd avoid this dunkin. Just go to the next one. Meh...coffee is NEVER consistent, help not very friendly and if you ask them to fix it expect an attitude. So glad there's another coffee shop on the next corner I found. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1
