It was a Dunkin and it was about 8:30ish, but the employees seemed way over stressed as if they were in constant fear of something, then I noticed way more than a usual number of cameras on the employee side of the counter and a 1 way plate glass window where someone may be watching them from.?
I'm not sure if I was just not charged sales & snack tax or if they've included it in the price, but either way, the math is off, unless they need to update their prices. Price on the wall was $11.99 for dozen donuts and $11.09 for 50 Munchkins (May have reversed these.?) Maines 'prepared foods tax' is 8%.

Sadly the worst Dunkin by far. Very hit and miss what service you get here. Sometimes your order will be repeated back to you but most of the time not, making for incorrect orders. Lines and wait times can be incredibly long. I have also stopped by at 6:30am during "open" hours and the worker was letting each person in line know they are now opening late. Seen a lot of frustrated people walking up to locked front downs during working hours (even staff) Signs would be helpful.
The biggest issue for me is when getting an espresso shot the machine will be "down" when lines are long or worst of all they charge for the espresso but don't add it to save time... Don't charge for it then... its on the label... we can tell! :)
Staff normally does try to stay friendly. Management issues?

Their service is so incredibly slow, I’ve never experienced a slower drive through. I was able to write this review while waiting in the drive through

The guy this morning took my order, gave the coffee roll, then started serving 3 guys behind me without getting my drink. Thankfully the woman on shift noticed after a few orders that I was still standing there and got me the dragonfruit tea refresher (I'd somewhat understand if I got a complicated order, but this was ridiculous)

Only person working. Sat at drive thru for ten min. Had to leave without ordering to make it to work on time. Where are the owners when this happens? Do they care?
The service was horrible, three people “working”. Cashier that waited on us had an attitude, almost like he just woke up five minutes before we arrived, very annoyed that he had to wait on us. The second counter person seemed stressed, told the Manager she had to go home. My husband got his order and I stood at the counter 5 minutes waiting to be served I finally gave up.

They Have Their Good & Bad Days.
UPDATE:
This place is a sh!t show. There was a big puddle of water leaking from under the cooler. I had to move the yellow sign in front of the puddle because no one seemed to care it was there when I told them about it. They get so backed up all the time so drive thru is most times not moving for 5 minutes or more. I just feel like they need someone in there that actually cares about the presentation of their crew and store.

I will start out with saying I know how staffing issues are a common thing now-a-days but this specific location always, always, always has issues. I commute past this Dunkin every M-F and can honestly say that I am able to get my black coffee and bagel maybe once or twice a week, every other time I pull in it is always an issue, "Ovens are Broke", "Closed due to staffing issues", "Truck hasn't made deliveries yet", "No Food until 12", "Employee's didn't show up so we can't open" or a number of other excuses. When you do get through to talk to someone I will say it isn't nasty by any means but definitely not the best service industry interaction I've had. It is so inconsistent that it has become a point of not even pulling into it anymore and driving to the one that is in Augusta. It needs to either get better employees or maybe better management because it is rough going there right now.

We have been going to this dunks since we moved about a year ago and they were always extremely slow drive through mobile orders put in 20 min ahead knowing they are slow not even started kind of slow. I went there today and the new manager and team were on fire! Great attitudes and quick service. THANK YOU!!!
