If I could give no stars I would, my experience this morning on 2/22/24 was horrific, and I think I'm traumatized! This older woman was making my hashbrowns and then decided to scoop up a handful with her bare hands. She then started to count them out as if she was counting loose change. I will NEVER dine there again!! YOU ALL STAY AWAY!! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was surprised to find a corporate store like Dunkin here because it is surrounded by small boutique stores. On my visit the store was on the dirty side with an odd layout compared to other Dunkins. There is some table seating for laptops as well as a small bar along one side of the store.

I used to visit when the old lady was handling the cashier and most things. She was one of the nicest Dunkin’ worker I ever met. Now, they have a very rude lady serving at the cashier!! She leaves 25% of the cup empty and if you ask her she answers with whatever BS and the worst attitude imaginable! Sometimes when I order a coffee with a pump of sugar they put like 5 pumps and give you attitude when you say it’s to sweet! I went to many DD stores before but this place is by far the worst in all aspects. They even asked me why I get so many free beverage coupon and said that they make no money when I do that. I could not believe they could say that to a regular customer!!!

There used to be a really nice old lady working there who ACTUALLY knew how to treat customers. Now, all of the employees there are super rude! And they don’t even try to help or be decent to their customers! I know several people who used to work there and they quit soon after they got hired! The people that work there are just too irritatingly rude to be around. The drinks are always either too low, not sweetened at all, like at all. And when you ask them to add a little bit more sweeter, because again there literally is none, she gives you a nasty stare and walk away. I can say with almost full certainty, that most of the good reviews on this DD are from the time that the nice old lady used to work there.

Besides being dingy... And needing a good cleaning.. And new furniture. The staff is extremely Slow... The frozen cases are over full... The ice cream case was worrisome... Maybe new management... Better management... But it's a no for me. Won't be going back. Tried twice. Both times never was served after waiting five minutes because the staff is Idk... Slow... New maybe... Unorganized... Idk... But its a mess...

Avocado toast wasn’t even toasted, just a cold stale piece of bread lathered with avocado spread. Egg veggie omelet bites were served squished and cold in a tiny bag with no container or fork. Wrong donut was given and hot chocolate was COLD. College students working behind the counter seemed too overwhelmed to be even behind the counter in the first place. Fix your stuff Dunkin. Updated review: I wanted to do an update on my review and increase a star since the store has improved their friendliness. I think somewhere like DD needs to focus on being friendly since we go to get coffee, ice cream, things to improve our day. They have. I like this location. Original review below: I have mixed feelings about this one. Overall the store is usually clean, but the staff can come off very rude at times. One time I came in and the older man who works there was seriously glaring at me, like he was trying to be intimidating. Was really weird. And the older woman as an example, this past weekend I asked for the bathroom key since it wasn't by the register and she started going on in another language, which is very rude.

This DD can NEVER get the order right. A simple iced coffee or a bagel with cream cheese; -they hand me the wrong flavor coffee and the bagel has butter. There is usually only one person working, so the wait is long. I go here because it's closest to my house, but I need to stop being a glutton for punishment. There is a coffee place across the street too (Hobb's) which may be a better alternative. In all - great location, but terrible service.

The donuts are trash. The cashiers are extremely rude and i can barely understand them. I bought a medium latte and literally it was full to the top with ice. Asked her to put no ice started to act stupid and just ignored me.
