People can eat tasty doughnuts at this restaurant. You will be offered good iced coffee. When inside, the atmosphere is exotic. But Dunkin' has been rated below average by Google.

Good location for Dunkin. The staff is friendly and inside is always bright and clean. The drive up window is always quick. I've never had to wait in a line when I would go inside to the counter. Always a positive experience at this location. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
Worst Dunkin’ Donuts ever worker Shelley and Demarda was very rude when taking my order, she messed up my order which happens is okay but her conduct was very bad and inappropriate she also has poor customer service. Her manager jade was unavailable to speak to which is unfortunate but if you are going to hire people to work in retail that relies mainly on customer service make sure you hire people who have good customer skills. I was happy that I was able to get a refund of my money after having such a bad experience Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The manager at this Dunkin’ Donuts is amazing. I didn’t understand why my coffee was coming out different than I wanted. I brought it back two times. He happily showed me why. And let me know how to order it to get an amazing cup of coffee.
My mother just got fully cussed out by an employee for absolutely no reason just for smililing at the girl and then says how she liked her nails and she says shut up, Shes a tallish woman. Some of the words she said “ fat ass” and etc I wouldnt recommend anyone to come here manager didnt even care Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

As a paying, dine in customer, my Child and I where denied access to the bathrooms. Avoid this place of business if you have children. Note* Under Massachusetts state law, a business must allow a person to use their restroom if three or more employees are working at the time of the request. They also must allow access to people who suffer from certain medical conditions, such as Crohn’s disease. Businesses can deny you bathroom access if it’s not safely accessible. (If it was not working or safe. The 6 to 8 staff members need a restroom. They should have shut down if they didn't have one.) Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
The customer service is insanely poor and the associates don’t know how to do anything other than pour coffee in a cup. We’ve rarely had a bad experience with customer service or common sense when visiting any other location, but this one is a joke. We will not be returning to this location and would not recommend anyone else give their business to this franchise/location as there are many others in the area that provide the service we pay for. Can’t count how many times I’ve had to go back after getting to my office because my order is wrong to the point I can’t eat/drink what I received. And when I rarely don’t have any cash on me for a tip the dirty looks are real. I go out of necessity not for the service
Had an amazing experience and an amazing cup of coffee. The man behind the counter was very patient and helpful. And our order was given correctly and with care. We will be back. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
It says the store closes at 8… we showed up at 7 asking for two strawberry colada’s and the teenager working told us “ they can’t make it because they already cleaned up”. You close in an hour and won’t serve customers because you don’t want to clean a machine? Go to a different Dunkin’ than this one Meal type Dinner

I order grub hub a lot and my order is almost always messed up. And I know it’s not the GH driver’s fault bc I have worked in coffee shops and prepared GH orders. Y’all have to start actually reading cups and putting the right things in the right bag. Making sure there’s actually caramel in peoples coffees that ask for it… things like that. I just got half of someone else’s order in my order for Grubhub and I’m missing the other half of my order. Simply reading the items for the ticket number and customer names could have helped avoid that. Mistakes do happen, and usually I’m not angry about it. And I also understand it’s a pandemic… BUT the amount that you guys make mistakes is absolutely unacceptable. People still deserve to get what they payed for regardless. Almost every time I place an order and it goes to your location something is wrong with it. You need to pay more attention because it’s just ridiculous at this point.
