Most of the staff are great. One member that is a shift leader name Kaylee however needs to learn how to be a leader. They need to train on how to be a leader by talking to your staff and not yelling at them across the store. Leadership also should not be making comments on other employees bodies or person charactor features like laughs or how they talk. No cash here. Order inside on screen only. Can't even look at donuts while ordering inside. I am now avoiding this location. Donuts and coffee are fine. The experience.. I hate. Drive thru was not available. Locals in 3 separate towns in area had unfavorable comments on owner too. (Really odd, I did not ask.. just mentioned I stopped at DD) They said it is now a stop of last resort. Inside is nice. Also.. the dough in the cake donuts was unusually pasty, not sure if this is trend or not. The employees were all pleasant and nice, but don't expect any interaction, I think this owner is going for absolute machine efficiency... Zero contact between customer and workers. My dollars go elsewhere now when I am in that town. Have 2 stars because the two people I forced interaction with were nice, otherwise it would have been one star. Service was four stars.. for getting me the coffee and donuts reasonably quick.(although there were zero other people there). Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

If you like a bit of Hide and Seek, or let's play can you find where the drive-thru is, then this is your place. If you're just looking to get a coffee and go this is not your place. Ordered an ice late with “less ice” (frequently do this at other locations without issue). See picture, they gave me full ice and less drink, when I asked the woman she was rude to me. Last time I’ll ever come to this location while visiting my parents.

This is a place that I never go because I am not a fan of Dunkin. Because I have another preference but that's something else. But since I've haven't been in a Dunkin in years. This location is a nice clean place and they are very polite. But the biggest thing that stinks, is that they don't take cash inside which is kind of a bummer. I don't go to Dunkin' that much. It's been quite awhile since I was there. Not a fan of the redesign. Selection of doughnuts seemed much less than I remember. Not a fan of the kiosk-seemed like the wait was longer. I get it, between drive thru and on line orders, they were busy. It just felt very impersonal to me. It was clean and bright. And it was interesting seeing how those who work there really hustle! Nice that they changed the route for the drive thru.
