For some reason, the coffee is hit or miss. Every once in a while, it tastes like coffee. Most times, like hot water accompanied by flavored cream. Food Poisoning Alert: I bought an XL hot original coffee yesterday 01-02-24 along with a sausage egg and cheese plain bagel. when i got to work i ate it abou an hour later i had horrible burps that smelled like rotten eggs. diarrhea & bad nausea. this morning i woke up with bad cramping and vomitting. I’ve come to this Dunkin since they opened because of the drive-thru and great customer service they give especially first thing in the morning. My ONLY COMPLAINT ARE THE INFESTATION OF BEES!!!!!! For someone who is highly allergic there are bees swarming the drive-thru so much they get in your vehicle if not super careful. The staff instructed to come inside only to find that there are bees inside as well!!! This is NOT A SAFE ATMOSPHERE FOR THE EMPLOYEES OR CUSTOMERS!!!! I like that the Edgmont Dunkin' Donuts has a drive-thru. My dog is with me all the time and I do not like to leave her in the car even for a quick coffee pick-up. The Wake-Up Wrap with sausage is delicious and of course Dunkin' Donuts coffee is consistently good. I ordered 2 chocolate frost donuts and a hot oat milk latte. The first chocolate frost donut was perfectly baked. The chocolate was smooth and fresh. The second chocolate frost donut was even better! The chocolate with smooth and creamy—this texture lasted down to the final bite. The bottom of the donut was almost-healthy. Typically, I get a sugar rush from eating a few donuts. These donuts were perfect. I got just the right amount of sugar to uplift my sunken mood. The oat milk latte had barely any sugar (just the way I like it). There was more oat milk than coffee ratio—but the temperature of the beverage was just below “burn my lips” hot. So the temperature was perfect in my book. The flavor was okay. The oat milk bit made the drink taste like my memory of cereal when I was a kid. The Dunkin Donuts staff member was friendly and smiled when he greeted me at the takeout window. I have been to a lot of Dunkin Donuts establishments, but this one, really hit the mark. My chocolate frost donut rating is 5/5 stars. My oat milk latte rating is 3.8/5 stars. Everything is hit or miss these days but this is gross. I asked my son why he didn't eat the last one of his pancake minis and he said there's a bite mark in it. What?!? Sure enough there are burn marks around an obvious bite, like it was taste tested - which is totally fine - but then put back on the griddle and then in the pile to give to customers. Totally NOT fine. This place backs up into the street and you have angry people coming in via the exit to park. I'll stick to another location for now. They've never had burn marks before like it was cooked twice like this one had. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast

My wake up wrap was good but please change plastic gloves more often. I watched as counters and items were touched then other people's food being handled 😩
