This is a great dunkin! If I'm in the area it's the one I like to stop at. 1 they make the bagel twist perfect!! It's not over toasted and hard like other places. It comes out soft and hot and you can taste the cheddar cheese instead of burnt bread! 2 I walk in and haven't placed my order yet and they already have my 2 bagel twist hot and ready to go! Now that's service!! I don't know the guys name who does it but he's good! The entire staff is pretty good. I ordered ahead for the first time.I normally don’t go to Dunkin much, but I had a gift card. I was heading to work, and ordered ahead so I can swing by and pick up my order. Upon arrival, no one said anything, and I noticed nothing was on the Mobile Orders rack. So I sat in front of it and waited. 10 min go by, nothing came up yet and a customer who just walked in got his order. So I asked “hi, I have a mobile pick up.” , 3 girls just looked at me from the window area. After repeating it two more times, a lady who was busy caring things, kindly helped. My order was sitting on the counter behind the rack, not on it. Running late for work and Getting in the car, I realized they put chocolate or chocolate caramel cold foam instead of regular sweet cold foam. I do not like chocolate at all. So now my drink is wasted as it’s also been sitting for so long on the counter BEHIND the rack, the cold foam is mixed in. I’m not happy. This is my first time visiting this a drinking especially since moving to east Windsor. EDIT: I submit a survey in the car at work, informing them of this mistake. I get into my office , open my sandwich, there’s no cheese on my BURNT bacon egg and cheese sandwich. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Fast Service. Friendly associate. Amazingly efficient at processing so many in store customers. The black coffee is piping hot and right with DD standards. The Wake Up Wrap with bacon was good but it would be better if I could've double the egg and bacon. The place is very clean and there is ample parking. There is a light on the side street to get back onto route 5 south.

I wouldn’t recommend you go to this Dunkin’. They mess up my orders all the time! I have also noticed that some of the products, for example the “Snackin’ Bacon”, are of a poorer quality than usual. Just go to the ones in Enfield instead. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I left without my order because the girl taking my order was so rude, I was afraid she'd spit in my drink. Not only could she not bother to speak clearly, she muttered under her breath because my order was annoying her. 5:30pm on 10/1 @1 Thompson Rd location. Will not return to this location. Went in there music blasting. Greeted by someone in dreadlocks who got my order all wrong! Wanted a double espresso with Splenda and a large latte with an extra shot of espresso. I got a large latte with 4 Splenda and an extra shot of espresso. Guess he could not here my order over the loud music! Never will I step foot in that place. Worst DD ever been to. Waste of money!
