When I'm able to get the food I order I love it. Unfortunately I've been in at least 50-60 times over the last year and a half, and at least half of those I've been told they have no breakfast sausage. How can a breakfast place run out of one of their most important ingredients? Once or twice I can understand, 25-30 times is just terrible management. Great customer service. My friends coffee was made wrong but they were quick to fix it and allowed us to keep the wrongly made one. Clean and spacious facility with a good vibe to sit and enjoy your coffee and a donut. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

Placed a mobile order and doors were locked. Banged on window for 10 minutes and THREE EMPLOYEES saw me and did nothing. Had to walk to the DRIVE THRU WINDOW in front of the cars and ask what was happening to be told that their lobby wasn’t open. Then why was mobile order even possible??? Then they gave me the order through the drive thru window. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My husband asked for 2 medium hot coffees and only got one (and charged for one so that's good), he ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches and a cinnamon roll also (charged appropriately). When the order came up he had to ask for the cinnamon roll. He was so frustrated he didn't bother getting the other coffee. He said the girl behind the counter didn't appear to have a clue. Just keep an eye on your orders. Maybe, (giving the benefit of the doubt here), she was a newby and just learning the ropes. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

I have been to this Dunkin numerous times and I will not be back. Every time I have come by, they give me the end of the coffee pot and I get coffee grounds. I always ask them to stir my coffee and even after being stirred, it tastes like there is no sugar. Poor customer service 😢 Service: 1
