Came at 2pm. Didn’t have time to get an actual meal between flights so I thought a donut was a good and quick idea. Got a churro doughnut and opened it in the plane. HARD AS A ROCK. Literally. Dunkin’ Rocknuts. In fact, I bought my dog a “bagel” treat the other day that was softer than this “doughnut.” Proceed with caution. Or don’t leave the counter without taking a bite first. Airport prices-but very reasonable compared to other nearby spots. We grabbed our goodies & watched airplanes from our spot in the food court. Ham & cheese croissant was better tasting than it looks! The coffee was good. I'm sure bagels and donuts are fine. But the breakfast sandwiches should be avoided. I ordered the sourdough, which usually tastes decent at dunkin locations. The one I got at this place makes the top 5 worst things I've ever tasted, and I've eaten some pretty gross things 😂 Food: 1 Service: 4

No more mobile orders & no more rewards accepted at this location. I used to stop here every time I flew out of MSP, but no more. Only giving two stars for all of the excellent times I'd stopped by in the past and I'm sure this isn't the employees' fault. All the complaints about pricing are true. Posted prices are different from what you will be charged. Diff of $1-$2 so they get away with it but not a respectable business if you can't even get your prices right Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

No rewards +$6 for LG cold brew w/cold foam half foam, ¼ice ¼ cold brew...the owner knew what he was doing. You're operating in a airport have some sense of urgency
