Munchkins are super fresh and they hooked me up real nice ( its the best surprise when dunkin does that). My sandwich was hot and tasted right. And my iced cappuccino doesn't taste watered down. Actually has the strong taste of coffee I love. Definitely one of the better Dunkins around. Food: 5

Non drive thru Dunkin Donuts. Friendly people behind the counter. Food was tasty but was kinda sloppy put together. I will have to get donuts next time. The manager was wearing his face mask on his chin and that's not cool. He didn't wait on me and wasn't anywhere near me or my order but I won't be going back to this one. The young lady who waited on me was pleasant, quick and the coffee was great. Such a shame.

One of the better dnd's. Quick and friendly. Love their coffee the only coffee I drink. Only 2 complaints but this goes for all dunkins I hate the new lids without the locking lip. They are the worst in every sense. And even though I'm guilty at using the app but it seems those orders take priority over the customers that are standing in front of them in store. It's very frustrating. Especially since my daily order to 2 coffee. I used to have a zero wait time. Now it's minutes and at a few locations I have waited over 10mins to 2 plain coffees. We aRe all in hurry. Taking care of the people I front of you and always tip really should be looked at before anyone else.

Terrible customer service. I ordered two coffees. Nothing special. No weird flavors or anything. Coffee. Three other people came in and got their orders. I still haven't got my order. I'm the only one in the store at this point. I ask when my coffee that I had paid for is coming. I was told "A few more minutes." I told them to keep it and left. I hope they enjoy the $5. It's the last money they will ever get from me.

Got my coffee right today! Basically a miracle in my opinion. The service is often friendly. They are fast. It is the most effective Dunkin in the area. The seating area is nice. It is relatively clean. I say stop be and get yourself some slightly overpriced coffee.
