6-8 workers at the front, 1 is holding the cup While the other is pulling the tap and the other one going to get a lid and the last one is calling the ticket #. Luck of efficiency at its best. Only 1 female employee at the kitchen, Making all the tickets slows down and the food comes out sloppy. I had this at a five star. But I will never go here again. They must be under new management. I shop here often. And I asked him for an extra cup with a lid. He gave me the lid and said a dollar for the empty cup. I just believe that's a disgrace. After he said that I started to look around and I noticed they were not wearing hair nets. My card started with 19.02 cents. Cashier scanned my card 3-4 times as I waited I refreshed my app to find after that transaction my balance was $0. Speak the female manager and some male who says my card was only debited for $3. As if they don’t make enough money to just give a refund for their error! Horrible service! Service: 1

This morning I walked in and placed order for Bagel cream cheese and Medium Hot coffee. After placing order I have been waiting, employee made coffee and left on the pick up counter without saying anything. Also took long time preparing food as they training someone new and left on the pick up counter without saying order number or by calling food order. When I asked is food ready? there was a white tall guy he grabbed the packet and and asked what was the order . When he confirmed that is my food then he started yelling on me saying you got the food now leave wow !! and saying bad word again and again. If these peoples start their day serving others miserable way then how they expect their day to be a nice one??
