Everything was amazing from the time I went in till when I left!! It was fast service for only to people and a full line outside. Coffee and food was very fresh. The store lobby was not open. The hours on the door stated that the lobby was opened, but the door was looked. When I knocked on the door, the employees inside ignored me. I was forced to use the drive-thru. When I ordered a chicken on a croissant, I was told that they do not put chicken on the croissant, although all other locations do. I was very disappointed. Dear Mgr or Dunkin Donuts. Bagels are not sandwiches, I know they are made of bread and you can use them ad such but, hear me out... when toasting 4 use with cream cheese... cut. Toast the sliced flatter side until brown, then ON EACH SIDE put a smear of cream cheese (be adventurous use 2 flavors one on each half) but for God's Sake... stop putting 1/2 the cream cheese and toasting the outside of the bagel. Went there on a Saturday morning. It was busy but I was served fairly quickly. I ordered at the counter and the staff took my money. Then they told me they didn’t have some of the donuts I ordered. So I had to pick whatever they did have. Problem was the display was half full so I didn’t end up with what I wanted. Even after picking the substitute donuts when they were eaten they tasted pretty bland and seemed old and stale. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

UPDATE 7/4/22 We decided to get breakfast out today. We ordered Iced Chai tea. It tasted like a slight flavor of chai with milk. Very weak on their flavorings. Next were the Sourdough Breakfast sandwiches. We had to pull up and wait for our order. It's going to be nice, fresh and hot right!!, Nope wrong! The sandwich was ice cold. The bread wasn't toasted, it was cold and stale. The eggs we're cold the bacon was cold. WTH Dunkin Donuts! I changed my previous 4 star to a 2 star! What is going on in there??? We love the sourdough sandwich. The only issues is that one time the bread is lightly toasted, the next time it's not. From now on I'll just ask for it to be toasted. Made mobile order. Went thru drive through about 1pm. I was the only car. It was slow. I ordered a drink, dozen donuts, and k-cups. When I got to window I received only the drink and was told to have a great day. I stayed bad I had more to my order. So I was asked to pull forward and wait. About 3 minutes later she came out with my dozen of donuts and with a long spill about how I'm going to enjoy them blah blah blah. See irritated I drive off and then I realize that I didn't get my K-Cups. So this was during a time frame where they were no other customers around and my order still wasn't fully prepared. So now I'm still trying to get a hold of the store when she is not busy but I keep getting sent to the voice message about receiving my K-Cups so I guess I'm going to have to wait until after I get done with work to drive down there to get the K-Cups and hopefully it won't be a hassle. I believe a little more attention to detail is needed. I can only imagine if it hadn't been during a busy time frame. Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $20–30
