Used to be one of the better Dunkin Doughnuts around. Waited 20 minutes for 2 coffees. They were not very busy so no excuse. The one worker asked 2 times to see receipt to see what we ordered. Absolutely ridiculous. Asked for refund since we never received our coffee. Not sure if she was owner or manager but got the dirtiest look and no apology. Will not be going to ANY Dunkin Doughnuts again. Update: After a couple of weeks from posting this review, still no response from owner. Goes to show you how much they do not care. Pathetic! The drive-through cashier was rude because she didn't hear everything because of the headset (the headsets are always broken). I did ask if I could just pull up to the window, and she yelled and said I couldn't hear everything and it's the headset. They gave us half the order and I had to tell the second cashier what was ordered. Terrible. I ordered a medium iced latte with French vanilla & caramel with sugar and cold foam. Charged almost $6 and they gave me a medium iced coffee with cream and caramel. The man working had no idea what he was doing. So unprofessional. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20

Gave order at drive through,they only half listened to what we ordered; one was a medium iced with mocha, cream, and liquid sugar that was ordered; the other was a medium iced toasted white mocha latte. What we got was an iced coffee with no sugar and a watered-down no flavor latte. Plus the girl at the window had ZERO customer service. We went to another dunkin to get it fixed. Will be giving second dunkin 5 stars for proper customer service and fixing our drinks. Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $1–10

If I COULD GIVE 0 stars I would!!!!! The lady who does interviewing SHOULD NOT BE DOING THEM! She’s SUPER RUDE!!! I wish she would’ve said her name. Do NOT I repeat DO NOT go to this establishment. ESPECIALLY if you want a job!

So every Monday, and Tuesday on my days off myself or my boyfriend go to dunkin and for months now I've had to ask at the window if they could make sure there is one cream, and there are times we get an attitude which is something you don't do in customer service seeing how ice worked customer service for over 10years. With thar being said we are never rude to them even when being cut of, but im am absolutely fed up with this service. I like my coffee are the darker side, and today my boyfriend goes asks for to have one cream they cut him off saying we got you then I end up with my coffee have 3 creams. At this point I will never go back to this after repeatedly being treated like that

I like this Dunkin donuts it offers online ordering and has a drive thru. The staff is always pleasant service is usually fast and orders accurate. One thing I noticed about this location is my bagel bites are usually not hot all the way through making the cream cheese kind of stiff and not creamy the same with the biscuit bites have been cold in the center. My drinks have always been made to perfection though. This location does offer inside seating as well. Went one evening, waited at the drive thru speak to be told 5 minutes later they closed early. The next time I went my frozen drink was melted by the time I got to the window because the line was moving extremely slow. When I asked the girl if it's supposed to be like that she told me no but still proceeded to hand it to me. I told her I waited in line for 15 minutes and I want the drink remade for it to be frozen. She mumbled under her breath but loud enough for me to hear " you didn't wait 15 minutes" and then continued an attitude with me for the rest of the transaction. If you go there for a particular donut don't plan on getting it after 10:00. Went there this morning and they're almost out of donuts. This is what happens when you don't make donuts in the store locations. What good is DD without donuts? Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
