I ordered my Coldbrew 10 French Vanilla Swirl 4 liquid sugar 2 cream. I get the same thing every time. The label printed is correct 💯 but the coffee is made incorrectly 😕 my second coffee a large iced coffee 2 cream 8 liquid sugar had six liquid I had to hand it back and ask for two more to be added. Small town Dunkin here. Service 80% of the time is super slow, so you go there with that expectation and then it won't be that bad. Tough times right now trying to find good help. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Just went inside and bought two sandwiches for $10 total… there was suppose to be hummus, tomatoes, egg, sausage, and cheese on sourdough bread… they gave me two pieces of sourdough bread, sausage, and cheese on it. So then I went inside and politely asked the girls working if they could fix it and put what I payed for on it, they gave me a huge attitude and laughed at me the whole time they were remaking it. After they finished remaking it the girl dropped it (yes dropped) on the counter and said “I hope this is to your liking” so I grabbed it and went out to the car and checked it… and it was burnt and so hard you could poke it with your finger and it would start to crumble… very disappointing and dissatisfied.

Ever since Gina passed, this place has been a joke in the morning! Extremely unprofessional and slow! You're lucky if you get what you order. On the go orders and still missing items. The manager looks like a fool playing dress up and tells customers things that is completely inappropriate. No apologies just excuses...telling customers things a manager should not divulge. I’ve been here twice both times. I’ve had to wait at least three tabs longer than any other Dunkin’ Donuts. I’ve been through. However, they are all inside, laughing and talking and dancing. Who knows what they’re doing. I will not be back. Food: 3 Service: 1

The worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Except at least a 30 min wait if there is more than one car in the drive through. They never get your order right either. EVERY SINGLE TIME WE GO THERE! Service Take out Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20

I have gone to this location multiple times to get my coffee which I wait at counter for at least 15 mins before someone actually acknowledged me then another 10 mins for them to make my coffee staff are rude no customer service at all I have been in the field for over 20 years and they are the rudest people you complain to them and they laugh at you then screw your order up on purpose. If you want to work in customer service then act like it because eventually nobody will go there anymore.
