I've been a pretty loyal customer, coming here almost every day. That changes today! I had to wait 15+minutes on line to order a large caramel macchiato, just to get a medium one. And to top it off when I go to leave with it, the top wasn't currently closed, which made me spill some of it onto the floor. And I've seen with my own eyes, multiple people spill their coffee cause the lid wasn't fully closed. I won't be coming here for a long time,if ever. They really need to change the staff, cause they move really slow, and get things wrong. I really don't know how you confuse the word large with the word medium. Obviously, this is the worst dunkin' in Paterson, but this might be one of the worst dunkin in the tri state area!!!!!

They are slow, have to keep repeating your order. Every Dunkin Donuts in Paterson that I know of has bugs in the coffee now. Before the Coronavirus their were no bugs in the coffee. Now, they are practically in every food and certain drinks you buy at the Supermarket/fast-food place. (I'm not talking about dark bugs either. They are translucent). I'm starting to think their micro- bugs. There in the air, in apartment buildings, everywhere, etc.. I've tried killing them with practically everything I could think of but it seems like they multiply. Don't know what else to kill them with?? Has anyone noticed but me? I've asked few people, they said, " I don't see nothing". I could see them, can you at least try?.🙏☕
The employees in dunkin donuts were rude. Last Saturday, my dad couldn’t pronounce “croissant”correctly at dunkin. The workers just laugh at my dad in his face. Like What is wrong with you. That’s very disrespectful and laughing at customers. It’s not his first language but laughing instead of helping. That’s unacceptable!!

This location is in need of more staff! It is located next-door to the cities municipal building, court house and across the street from the county college. A very busy area and the service is extremely slow. Not only is it slow but almost every order is delivered incorrect! It was a Friday morning and there were only two employees! Do not visit this Dunkin’ expecting quick service! By the way it’s time to update the picture with your location, it’s been over 5 years that the store moved across the street!
I used the exclusive member app to get a free muffin with a purchase of a drink and they said i need to order over the phone......
They have a scan bar code to use in the store as well. They need to train thier employees well.
Just ordered off of Uber eats , and everything was perfect . My coffee was perfectly made how I asked , as well as my bagel & received the correct donut (huge plus!) . Also the packaging was 10/10 . Safely sealed and all .
Cost effective. But you definitely have to thoroughly inspect clothing and shoes for noticeable imperfections including, but not limited to, missed stitches, irregular cut shirt sleeves and pants leg lengths, misaligned shirt and sweater decals, and mismatched shoe and sneaker pair sizes.
I was drinking coffee from this place for like a year. I never experienced severe nausea until I started drinking their cofee. I though I wasn't eating well but the minute I stopped drinking their cofee the nausea went away.
