This is the chocolate “shake” I was handed out of the window, as soon as the worker handed me the drink she closed the window and walked away. Obviously they knew this wasn’t acceptable and for the ridiculous price how hard is it to add a little more ice cream to make it the proper consistency? Coming from someone who worked at a baskin for over 3 years this is just pure laziness. Thanks for the chocolate milk. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I’m a pretty frequent flyer at this Dunkin location. I’d say pretty much daily. I’m a new mom and It’s on the way to drop off my child at daycare. The mornings are pretty hectic and I usually just do a mobile order and the employees always make it pretty fast. They’re always polite and efficient. Stopped here on a whim, what a huge location!! It was bright, airy and most of all clean! The service was great and the ice cream was fantastic. I never realized this location was so big! Be it just Oshkosh, Wisconsin or all of planet Earth, we all need the fuel we crave to get us working and I can't think of a better place to get it than Dunkin' Donuts. This second location is definitely bigger than the other one and with people coming to Oshkosh for EAA, that's going to be good for business. With more seating in and outside, the weather isn't going to stop anyone from getting something good to snack on. I know it won't stop me. I stopped in for a strawberry frosted donut and a maple frosted donut, they actually tastes pretty good together. Also got me single serving's of triple mango, lemon sorbet, wild 'n' reckless sherbet and daiquiri ice. Going to turn all those into a milkshake. As I said in my review of the other location. First off, I don't normally leave a bad review unless it's warranted. This morning around 7:45 am, I stood in line for close to 10 minutes just for a doughnut. I never ended up getting the doughnut, because nobody acknowledged or waited on me. There were 2 customers ahead of me that were in conversation with one of the employees. The other 2 girls were running around servicing the drive thru, I'm guessing? Nobody else was in the store. After almost 10 minutes of standing there, I turned around and left. A simple "I'll be right with you" would have made a difference. But I don't think anyone cared. I had been stopping there a few times a week lately, but you lost my business today. You had to know a bad review was coming after that? Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We stopped in with our pup. June took our order at the drive-thru and was AMAZING! She put us in such a happy state of mind and when we got to the window, EVERYONE was fun and kind> Our coffee and fritters were delicious and Bingo loved his pup cup.
