Most people point out that you can eat tasty bacon here. Try nicely cooked doughnuts. Visit this restaurant for good iced coffee, iced latte or tea. Dunkin' is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will like adequate prices. The atmosphere is cool, many visitors appreciated the style of this place. But a number of clients who use Google didn't grant this spot a high rating.

When I walked in, I was greeted with a little trash on the floor and tables disorganized. When I made it to the counter, I was greeted with EXCELLENT customer service! My order was prepared exactly as I had ordered. Iced coffee, Eclair, and a Head Lamp donuts. this dunkin is by far the worse location to go to, their drinks are constantly wrong, service takes 15+ minutes for drive thru and at least 10 minutes in the lobby. the workers always have horrible attitudes. the lobby is never open and the drive thru takes forever. definitely going to the 44th store for now on. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The drive thru was busy at 7 am so we had to wait almost 5 minutes before anyone even took our order and then it took the same amount of time to just get 2 cups of coffee. While the food might be ok, the service here is horrible. They consistently take 20-30 minutes in the drive thru and if you go inside, it takes at least 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge you. They need a new manager or more staff. They also frequently get orders wrong. Food: 3 Service: 1

I do not recommend the hot chocolate! It is hot brown water. I also do not recommend the apple fritter. It is a regular donut with apple flavored glaze. One of the donuts icing was stuck completely to the bag. I would recommend going to Marge's Donut Den or Sprinkles Donuts. Love the staff in this store in the mornings. They are all friendly and have smiles. Afternoon to close, maybe not so much, but during the day they enjoy what they are doing and make sure everything is correct. I have had a horrible experience with the Jenison Dunkin’ so far. I ordered two Boston crème donuts today and they forgot one of them and needed reminding and when I did get them, they both looked like this. Completely unappetizing and soggy. They had a promotion of a board outside of the store offering $1 off their green tea refreshers but they won’t give you the discount unless you ask them to speak to the manager to get the discount applied. I am from the Chicago area and have had great luck with Dunkin’ there however this Dunkin’ needs some work. They are horrible.
