The employees stand around laughing and having conversations with each other rather than working and the people who ordered after me were served first. Takes forever for them to do anything. Very bad service Service: 1

Not good. Except few staff most of them are rude and do mess up your orders. If you want to listen “Do you know what a latte is?”, when you ask them for replacement, you can always go. The Expresso machine doesn’t work in some cases.

Um can we get the stuffed doughnut already or do you guys no longer cook the doughnuts in house? I didn't pay attention to your hardware drooling over your merchandise so do they come to your store already cooked? Hey so if you got the grease I'll bring the mincemeat and you can fry up my pie lol. But yeah I'm fat but no whip so I use my feet to offset the blubber 🤣😭😂 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Walk in and they have one of those kiosks. Waited a few and no one said can I help you so I figured this is how they do it. Just wanted a coffee and a donut. As I’m searching for my item some lady walks behind me and gets a can I help you right away. She’s in and out b4 I place an order! I walk to get my stuff and the clerk brings me my coffee and starts serving a guy she was chatting friendly with walks to put syrup in this guys drink and I ask can I get my donut please . She gets it and gives to another worker to give to me! Boston cream face down no paper wrap as usual and really looks like she just threw it in bag! I’ve been going to this dd’s since it open over twenty years ago and never have so had a bad experience until today! Rudeness Service: 1

Total scam, We order a cup of tea and coffee. They claim they are out of recipes. And after an hour they said you don’t have the recipe so you haven’t ordered. So awful Service Dine in Price per person $10–20

Love coming by here for my daily cup of coffee. Sahar greets me the second I walk in every time and already knows my order by heart. It feels good walking into a place where you’re warmly welcomed like family. You don’t see this much in fast food chains anymore. Kyle is also hardworking and makes up what is a great team. Thank you Pedro and Marcus!!! Your reviews are from the heart. Sahar, Andrea, Adil, Kyle and Mohammed, and all the others, are great workers for Dunkin Bergen Mall Harrison NJ! I have been coming here for over 2 years for a great tasty brunch. I, too, feel like one of the Dunkin family, everytime I come here. I love'em all. I miss Houda. I see her and her son, many times here at Dunkin. I eat everything here, especially, the wraps and the sausage egg and cheese sandwiches on those great croissants. I thank Dunkin for being here. I talk to two great friends here, too, every day. This Dunkin is THE BEST DUNKIN in the whole area, from Rutherford on down to Newark. I will always come here, to this Dunkin, only!
