Wow this store is a cut above the others with personal flairs and exquisite art and design highlighting every corner and eye catching detail to accentuate the unique look of this Dunkin Cafe. I had the opportunity to meet three of the staff members Destiney, Japp and Dunkin G the store operator and I was impressed with the conversations, the politeness and professionalism displayed. Thanks for making a difference in serving us as clients. Your energy and grace is greatly appreciated. I am grateful to have met these people and felt blessed to be served by them. Drive thru and location make it a convenient place but they can never make my drinks right. Iced drinks are made of all ice with only 3 sips of the drink. Hot coffee drinks are super watered down to the point of not even being coffee. Meal type Lunch

Gorgeous location. I thought, "Maybe this dunkin' is different." So I pulled in to get a couple dozen for an early client meeting. Turned out to be the same old unfriendly kinda dunkin' store I've come to know and not love. Seems like they're only letting franchises to people who don't have much of a service ethic, I don't know. But I do notice how few donuts are out. And I notice how few varieties there are compared to what it used to be. When you order a couple dozen mixed, it's clear they're loading you up with all their non-sellers. Had to ask twice to stop with the gooey iced donuts. Anyway - lovely grounds. Some flowers here and there inside. A coffee shop kind a sitting area. Same old unfriendly, do everything on the cheap dunkin kind of franchisee

Same experiences that a prior customer had reviewed. They can’t make the drinks right and they act like they don’t have your mobile order. We have visit this place 4 times within two weeks and each time there is always a problem with the order. Incompetent and inefficient=shut down and retrain the staff!! Otherwise you are DUN-KIN

Very good coffee even for Dunkin' Donuts coffee one of the better Dunkin' Donuts in the area as in the taste of the coffee. Price per person $1–10 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

I’ve been stopping at this Dunkin every Thursday for about 8 months now to get 2 dozen donuts for my meeting for work and being disabled veteran I request a military discount and they have always been polite and give me the discount and I know most of the employees there, how ever this morning I had an encounter with the store manager and he refused to give me a discount and told me that this location has never done it before to which I offer to show him my credit card statement only because at this point he was accusing me of lying and he denied and I said that’s fine I will go to the one down the street and he was extremely ignorant and rude and unfortunately I will just not be returning to this location as the disrespect and hostility the manager showed has just lost my business Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I got a coffee and 2 orders of home fries which tasted like they had sat around for QUITE some time. I was very disappointed because they're my favorite. Better visit next time I hope. terrible… the person who took our order was extremely rude, got our order wrong didn’t even read it back to make sure it was correct, and bacon is completely undercooked… will never go back giving a heads up to everyone. if i could give negative starts i would do not recommend going there
