This DD is the closest to my house so we come every single day to get my 4 year old a sausage egg N cheese on croissant ( this is one of his safe foods he’s autistic he won’t eat unless he gets this) and almost everyday the croissant taste old or hard as a rock. I can tell such a big difference when my husband drives to other ones. I wish they would be more consistant and do better. Or get some new workers! Any food gotten here has been great! There just hasn't been a great selection of donuts or munchkins as far as variety...I don't think I get there too late in the day for that either but I could be wrong! Kayla is an AMAZING team player there, and is SO courteous and helpful with customers!! Overall a great convenient fantastic Dunkin!!! It's always clean, love the kiosk. I’ve ordered from Dunkin Donuts before without an issue, but this time will be my last time ordering delivery. I don’t know if Dunkin has a specific time when they stop serving certain breakfast foods or not but it certainly seemed that way when I opened my bag. I ordered 3 wraps. Two wraps came in the same bag, okay bag shortage in Jersey, so no problem, but all the wraps were served on dry crusty tortillas that broke the moment I pulled them out of the bag. All three wraps also had a green substance on them that, after careful examination, looked like pesto. Not sure what these wraps were doing near pesto but each wrap was stained with it. The wraps must have been heated up too much because the cheese inside of them was burnt up so bad there were black spots inside the wraps instead of cheese. I ordered my fiancé a bagel with meat and cheese and his bagel was burnt. This was such an unpleasant experience that I will not be ordering delivery from Dunkin again. I’ll just go up there and if God forbid something is wrong with my food I will have them make it over right then and there. Service Delivery Meal type Breakfast Price per person $20–30

Rough week!!! Monday morning (10/7) they were clearly understaffed and I had to wait 5 minutes or so to get my Mobile ordered coffee. Tuesday morning 10/8 I had coffee grinds in my coffee😡 I had to strain my coffee with a paper towel when I got to work. Today 10/9, I walked in to grab my mobile order that was placed 5 minutes prior & 3 employees were standing around chit chatting. Neither of them knew my order came thru until I grabbed my straw & just stood there in front of the mobile pick up shelf.

Worst machiato I ever got. Cup was half empty, I asked them to fill it more and they put more milk in it. Was essentially a cup of milk with a little espresso. Fail

Terrible service and quality. There was loose sugar packets in my ice coffee. They didn’t offer any help or refund and said they can make me another. Check your drinks!! There is usually trash in them. If I could rate 0 I would. Manager refused to give me her card I believe her name was Viviana. This place is a legit health hazard and Viviana is at the forefront letting it happen.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I don't think I've ever gotten exactly what I've ordered even 1 time. Randomly they will be out of donuts, egg sandwiches, espresso, whatever. Their register/"system" is constantly "down" and that often means they can't/won't fulfill my whole order, which why those 2 things are related makes no sense to me. I've ordered drinks with extra cream and there is hardly anything in there and I've ordered drinks with less cream/sweetener and it was basically coffee flavored milk. The training is inconsistent, they have a ton of staff turn over, and I've never once had a manager or anyone "in charge" explain why there's (again) another issue with my order or something they can't fulfill. They often close early unannounced and never follow their posted hours. The app still allows you to order and there's now been 3 times where I've placed an order and driven to get it and it's completely dark inside. If you can go to literally ANY OTHER dunkin, go there instead. How this place is still operating is amazing to me.

I go to this place ALL THE TIME. Never once have a gotten what I ordered. I always order avocado toast with no seasoning and bacon. I never get it. It’s always wrong.
