Called immediately after leaving this location because my avocado toast was burnt to a crisp and nobody answered the phone. I left a voicemail and told them my frustrations. It’s been 3 days and nobody has returned my call. This location is awful. Every single time they either get something wrong or just make something gross. The customer service sucks too. Drive an extra couple miles and go to the other Dunkin Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I will go out of my way to go to the Dunkin 15 minutes from my house rather than this location that is 5 minutes from my house due to the awful costumer service and the inconsistency with how they make their items. I can’t order food from here cause it’s always burnt, Drinks never taste right and they never have the toppings that are supposed to be on it. I’d rather go somewhere where I know what I’m paying for is what I’m expecting and where I’m greeted with a smile and positivity. Management really needs to fix things. It was someone’s birthday at the office and they brought in three dozen Dunkin’ Donuts! They were almost all gone within 5 minutes. Apparently everyone must have liked them. I know that my chocolate covered sprinkled donut was delicious. I love Dunkin’ Donuts!!! Mmmm!!! I’m really disappointed to have paid for a large latte and get one that’s half full. I notice it’s lighter than usual but it’s not a huge deal, when I go to take a sip I realize I have to tilt the cup halfway and it’s still not even touching my lips, I open it and it looks like this, literally half full. Why would I want to pay for a large when this is what I get. I had already driven away so that’s awesome too! :|

This Dunkin’ Donuts is in a gas station so poor atmosphere. The other thing is they close at 8 PM so they clean up at 7:30 so if you want hot chocolate at 7:30 they don’t wanna mess everything up so they’ll tell you that the machine is broken. whoever was working this morning was on top of it :) my drink was made perfectly (usually just tastes like milk) I got a latte with coconut milk and no ice. I asked for vanilla and he gave me 3 pumps of French vanilla swirl. amazing thank u. the guy in drive through was super chill. props to yall. This dunken is consistently good. They do quite a bit of business and the drive thru line can back up though. But the workers and food are good. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

This Kenosha based Dunkin’ Donuts at the Shell gas station always consistently makes very good drinks and is a favorite DnD stop to and from Illinois. Always friendly service. Drive thru is very convenient. Exceptional restrooms inside the Shell that have mouthwash and mini disposable cups which is a refreshing touch for travelers and commuters. Solid 4 stars. Every single time, this establishment botches our order. Hash browns, a cheese and egg wrap, and a coffee were on the list. I got cheese and bacon instead. I told the "Danielle" who worked at the drive-up window what I had ordered. Because I don't like bacon, I told her I didn't order that. I ordered an egg and cheese wrap, I am aware of it. She treated me rudely, and I had to wait a while to get my wrapping. I won't be going back to this Dunkin'. I waited for my order for a total of 30 minutes while also having to put up with a bad attitude. Really not professional.
