Come to this cafe for a break and order nicely cooked sandwiches. The cooks here prepare tasty doughnuts and good croissants. Dunkin will offer you great cold coffee. This review is a long time in the making. I absolutely loathe the service and food at this location. They constantly screw up my orders. It happens so often, I have no choice but to assume it’s done on purpose. I’ve patronized this location far too long for the staff to continually screw up my orders. Well, today was the last straw. I’ve complained about my snakin bacon being burned. It seems they have no interest in fixing the issue. YOU ALL ARE COOKING THE BACON TOOOOOOOOOOO LONG! And when you bring it to their attention they immediately respond with an attitude. Moving forward, I will patronize a different location. I just needed to express my displeasure because they seem to NEVER want to right their wrongs. The burned bacon (photo 1) is from the Crain Hwy Glen Burnie location. (Photo 2) is from another location in Baltimore (near my job) where I spent additional money to have it done correctly.

My order got "taken" - it was less than 5 minutes from when I ordered. From when I entered to when I left, I didn't see anyone actually walk into the establishment. Orders get taken, it happens, I'm more disappointed with the reaction. No initial reaction whatever, no apology and no sense of responsibility to the customer. Their employees were just talking amongst themselves for a few minutes after I showed my order had been taken and then I had to ask what was happening with my order. The manager afterwards basically said something like well, it's the holidays, it happens. Ran over while getting my car serviced at Bay Area Tire. Everything pretty standard for DD, but for mid day, and not very busy, it wasn't very clean. The parking lot was even more full of trash, but not sure they control that. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

They hired a whole new group of young people. All of them are worthy of 5 stars very kind very nice. There's a young lady named Kayla very kind , freibdly very happy personality. The store deserves a five star review just for hiring her we'll be back through. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Ordered online what looked like egg and cheese on an English muffin. What I got was on a hamburger bun for $4. It was mediocre at best. Coffee drinks were fine.
