The staff are young and rude. Zero customer service skills. Forbid you for coming in an hour before they close, not only will all the machines be off but they will scorn you for ordering anything. The place is a mess!!!! And workers are very rude!! Was still looking at menu and the worker had an attitude because we weren’t ready yet, asked for napkins cuz they ran out and the other worker threw a fit because she had to refill them. We got a sandwich and a pancake sandwich, the bagel was burnt and they gave us a sausage pancake instead of what we ordered which was bacon. They forgot to give several customers their orders. They weren’t even busy at all. Will never come back to this location again. I get better service at the one on 89 that is just drive through or walk up. Ordered 2 sausage egg cheese croissants. Received 1 of these + a sausage egg cheese wrap up in a flour tortilla. Whatever, take a bite of the tortilla thing and immediately bite on what i thought was a bone. Ends up being a charred black piece of unclean grill / oven scum. Whole thing tasted so vile. Croissant next up also had to pick off some black charred grill scum. That also tasted vile. Not going back Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Wild. We came in and Emma was like "we aren't going to have food for 15 minutes" then rolled her eyes when we needed a second (like literally a second, my sister just turned around to ask me) to make sure we were still getting drinks. Then we realized that they were serving food to other people, so we walk back up to the counter and the boy working just rang us up and the food came out. The drinks were wack, but that's just kind of a little Dunkin surprise. As a person who has only been to a Dunkin' once over four years ago they are so kind and welcoming! It is very cozy inside! I was helped by Joselyn he was very kind and was patient with me! It honestly seems like he loves working here! If I had cash on me I would have tipped him in a heartbeat! They are taking Covid safety seriously. I felt super safe here!
