After visiting Paterson Museum, you can look over the menu at this restaurant. A lot of guests point out that waiters serve good sandwiches here. Many people mark that doughnuts are nicely cooked. I ordered online order which is large ice latte with caramel and the lady who was working alone in drive thru gave me ice coffee instead so I told her I ordered ice latte then she gave me only milk and ice there was no Caramel and espresso it’s was only milk and ice, I bought it for my friend so I took it to jersey city for him and he was like it’s just milk and ice. I came back all the way from jersey city to get my latte make right way or get my refund but the lady was showing her attitude and she didn’t want to make the latte again or give me my refund she closed the drive thru window and ignored us for 20-30 min. I saw many complain about her in google review from very long time. How the hell she still working there why she not getting fired. If the lady doesn’t want to work tell her not to come and waste customers money. Service Take out Meal type Other Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was there 10/26 at 12:05 am the lady on drive through took almost 7 to 8 minutes to even say anything and she was talking mad about the customer before me on speaker . The first thing she told me ‘’what do you want’’ I am a very decent person when it’s about judging someone but I found it very rude . And I told her mam this is very rude to just tell someone what do you want after that long so I asked her to get me a vanilla bean coolatta and she gose I don’t have it. I hope her supervisor see this review and tell her to learn how to talk to people before working in a customer service position. And if she want to talk bad about customer make sure keep her microphone off. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I'm sure it's not the employees fault but why doesn't your store leave the on the go orders by the pick up? Every time I order ahead, I go to the store and have to beg don't to give me my order. Today I stood there while the employees stared at me and said nothing. I had to call out twice and tell them I have an order. Then it took them another 2 minutes to give me my order. What's the point of ordering ahead then? Get rid of your on the go concept if it's going to take more time than usual

This Dunkin donuts is on McBride avenue in Paterson right across from the Passaic River. It's a great place to get coffee donuts food is fine it just doesn't stay open late. Oh and if you're dark roast drinker, they do not make midnight at any time of day. The quality and the service of their food is very poor compared to all other dunkin places I have been to. They cut corners and give bad food to people. Even same order of bagel with cream cheese and tomato with cheese sandwiches here taste dad compared to all other Dunkin places and not to mention about their water down drinks.

The worst Dunkin ever. The lady working night shift at the drive-thru is so rude towards customers and always gets the order wrong. And she asked us to pay $2.50 for a extra small cup, like what can you even imagine this anywhere else. This is horrible!!!
