So it's usually hit or miss at this location, but earlier today I picked up some donuts for me and my coworker, the worker put my Boston cream donut upside-down in the bag and literally the whole thing is basically ruined.. like why do that.. They are starting to slack!! Last two times I came there snacking bacon was cold today the girl told me they are cold because they're don't know who told her people like cold they toasted my bagel after I said 2 times do not toast but they did guess I'll find another one

I had ordered through Uber eats. The bagel was hard as a rock. You can cause some serious damage if you throw it at someone. So it is usable in that way but definitely not edible unless you want to break your teeth. Next time use fresh bagels and don’t just toast a 3 day old one to cover up for the lack of freshness

The first time I came here I was very disappointed. My order was wrong and the bec I got was completely burnt and almost inedible. This location is close to my house so I decided to give them another chance. The current staff is nice, helpful and get my order right every time. The coffee/food has gotten a lot better also!

The Dunkin Donuts in Greenlawn is the best Dunkin Donuts ever the girls are excellent there I mean had to tell them what I want they know that's my favorite Dunkin Donuts recommend it to anybody

By far the worst Dunkin' Donuts I have ever been to and sad to say it's the closest one to my house. Since it is so close to me I do end up coming here when I'm in a rush but ends up taking me longer and walk out aggregated every time . It doesn't matter if you order in person or on the go they always get it wrong ! I think to get hired in this place you have to be incompetent ! If I could give no stars that would be my choice
