honestly, i’m about to stop giving my business to dunkin as a whole. this location especially is extremely inconsistent when it comes to the coffee they serve. today i ordered a plain iced coffee, cream and extra sugar and it looked like nasty brown swamp water, and tastes extremely bitter. i should have said something at the drive thru, but i was in a rush to get to work. anyone could’ve taken one look at that coffee and should’ve been ashamed to put it out the window. an hour and a half later and i’ve barely taken a full sip, even after doctoring it up myself. They open at 5:30 during the week days however do not have any glazed donuts ready. I ordered at the drive thru at 5:35am and wasn’t told this therefore they made me pull off to the side where I waited for 15 minutes while they cooked my 12 glazed donuts which Ultimately made me late for work. When I asked what was taking so long, I was informed they weren’t a 24 hour store. I’ve never been to a donut place where when they opened they didn’t have donuts ready. If I would have been informed this when i ordered a dozen glazed donuts I wouldn’t of stayed. Donuts were really good just didn’t like the disregard for my time. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

I used the drive threw. Very nice lady working that day. The food was fresh and hot and the donuts were very tasty. Watch out though, the bag of donut holes will disappear quickly! I opened the bag as soon as I left the drive threw and by the time I got home, more then half of my order was gone! Tried to take the kids for ice cream. There was one person in front of us. The staff completely ignored us and focused on the drive-thru instead. We left. Looks like a change in management has taken place, and not for the better. Service Dine in Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The past few visits have been good. I have had very good service. The donuts are fresh and the coffee is good. They are very good with special orders. The app also makes it easy to order ahead and pay by mobile or at the drive thru. The servers are very friendly.

You guys are doing it right! My husband is a big fan if your bacon, egg and cheese sandwich, I love the avocado toast, and Kronos the Mitey highly approves the pup cup! Do I even need to brag on the coffee? Thank you all for making our hectic morning a happy and sunny place no matter what day it is or what the weather is like. Five stars all around!

We went through the drive thru and ordered the chicken and red pepper and egg and chorizo wraps. The wraps were warm on the outside but cold on the inside. We also got 2 donuts that they stacked on top of each other in a bag, which caused the icing from one to transfer to the other. And we were not given any napkins. The coffee was good though.
