I have been going to this Dunkin all the time there is this guy that is so nice and treats all his customers with much love and respect he goes above and beyond with everyone. Especially with kids and seniors and people with disabilities. I wish there was more people like him in other businesses, I recommend coming to during the afternoon times it’s the best times. Other then the donuts you get from a Dunkin’ Donuts when they arrive fresh off the truck these are by far the softest donuts I’ve had! Super soft and filled with plenty of cream, not to mention their coolatas are good! Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $1–10

The place was clean. The staff was friendly. Their coffee was the best, as always, but their grilled cheese sandwich was overpriced, $3.99 for two slices of bread and two slices of cheese I thought was too much. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $1–10

This is the actual 20th time this month this has happened. I go every morning before work. I get the same thing every morning. They forget the bacon every morning. I’ve been checking before i leave so i can go back in and get it right (that’s quite literally not my job) and some days I’m in a rush and get to my office and boom it’s wrong. Get it together can you guys not read babe? So annoying. I really will never go back after this now. I’ve given them endless chances and this was the final straw. There’s worse things in life i know, but i pay extra for bacon every morning and quite literally never receive it

Ordered half a dozen of donuts, glazed donuts barely had any glaze, poorly made. There was only half of the glaze on the donut and the blueberry donuts seemed old and we’re not fresh Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $1–10

They should close the drive thru if they can't response in timely manner. There are no needs to comfront the customer who waited a long time to get your response. You should instead look at your own team performance and see how you can improve the service. There are no reason with the staff you have in store can't take care two customers at a time at 6pm. This Dunkin Donuts is easy to see right off of Route 110 in Melville servicing Huntington and the adjoining areas of Suffolk County. Plenty of parking and a wheel chair accessible entrance. Clean facilities. Public Restrooms but it was out of order on Sunday February 25th 2018. Market prices for their items. This also is a Baskin Robbins. They were playing Hip Hop with profanity on Sunday morning with a lot of children in the store. Otherwise I would have given 3 stars.

Fresh donuts which is a major surprise for NYC DD's. Still cannot find a DD that tastes like Michigan and the coffee tends to be watered down or burnt. BUT this location is typically better than those city locations.
