This restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. What an uncomfortable visit. I should have known things would not be good when I walked in and the employees were loudly arguing with one another, cursing and all. I was the only customer on the store and waited about 5-7 minutes for a regular coffee and a muffin. Nothing fancy! Sad that there is no work ethic anymore! It’s coffee people, not rocket science! Since I don’t like to give just negative feedback, the coffee was hot and the muffin was fresh!

The service at this Dunkin’ is abysmal. The employees, if you can call them that, barely make eye contact, mumble incoherently, never have anything but the most basic items on the menu, and are really rather rude. I know it’s a Dunkin’ and not the most prestigious job in the world, but you would hope that if you’re going to make the effort to get dressed up to go to work every day, there would be at least a minimum effort to show some pride and competence in your work. Not from here—this Dunkin’ would be better served by a self checkout. Go and see for yourselves, or better yet don’t. This is what a five dollar sandwich looks like. Great job one piece of bacon split in threes. All prices going up but quality of service is at a all time low.

Terrible drive thru experience every time you go. The garbage is always over flowing and cars always get confused about where you enter/exit the line. Service is slow and honestly, the coffee isn't very good.

If you go there and aren't comfortable with standing around for 10-20 minutes, you'll be quite dissapointed. I keep going there because it's in a good spot, and just get dissapointed every time. Nothing wakes you up like coffee, except for loud screaming, lack of service, and constant messed up orders. After the last visit my wife and I decided it would be better to just light a $20 bill on fire every morning to get going!

I'm an uber eats person and they are so rude to us uber drivers! And packaging is awful. Always get more coffee in my car. But the customers always complain to uber. But still...so unprofessional and rude. I try not to take Dunkin orders but sometimes I have to, but always all over my car and I have special holders in my car, don't have that problem ever with any other coffee shop! So I DONOT recommend!!

Order accuracy and customer service is lacking significantly. Employees are seen on their phones, apparently this is more important than the job they were hired to do. I blame the management of this place for allowing the employees to run the show. It's not that difficult to make a coffee accurately. Employees here wouldn't cut it one day at Starbucks. Dunkin Donuts corporate really needs to assess this location.

Had a buddy of mine order over the mobile app, wasn't sure if it was drive thru or walk-in so i went drive thru. As soon as I'm at the window one employee decided to yell from the back very clearly “I hate people who order mobile for walk in and go through the drive through.” Well.. to you sir i hate rude people and learn some professionalism. If i did that at my place of work it wouldn't fly. Not only that god forbid you have to move your lazy feet from the window to the pick up area. Really ticked me off this morning.
