You can always enjoy nicely cooked bacon - a special offer of this restaurant. Based on the guests' opinions, waiters serve good cream donuts, muffins and bagels here. This is their idea of a caramel swirl latte. Pathetic 😞, and I was charged $4.99 for it, which is nothing more than iced coffee. Have they never seen or heard of their competitor Star Bucks??? I went thru drive thru and won’t be going back. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

So let me start by saying I don’t typically care enough to write reviews. I usually let things slide time and time again before I say something. This SPECIFIC Dunkin location across from Charleston Cosmetology Institute is beyond “hit or miss” at this point. The amount of us at this school who give money nearly every day to get breakfast/lunch at this Dunkin is ridiculous. Myself, personally, I’ve spent a TON of money getting food almost ONLY here for the last half a year or more. I sometimes get a HAIR in my food which is very disgusting to see after you’ve eaten majority of your food and realize it. I’ve had cold food on PLENTY more than one occasion, and attitude as well from some of the older ladies who work there. Mind you, there are several students at my cosmetology school who have had issues over and over by this place. One of my close friends had to call the manager earlier this week because she is ALSO sick and tired of the service she receives. The manager was very kind to our surprise and said she wouldn’t even be against us boycotting the whole store and that they had a lot of new hires recently, which is understandable. But for this to happen time and time again for months has become frustrating. And once again, this morning, my order was wrong and when I asked for the correct food, they wanted to charge me extra. Most places would accept the loss or mistake and just hand you the correct damn food. But no, they wanted to charge me again for their mistake. Absolutely not. I understand this is all he says, she says and that I have no current photos/videos for proof, but please think twice about going to this location. Any other Dunkin functions better than this one. Sorry to those workers who DO actually do their job correctly and obviously this wouldn’t apply to you but I think some of you aren’t very self aware or focused on what you do. I will no longer be going to this Dunkin and it’s sad to know how much money you guys are beginning to lose on a daily. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Called ahead because a different dunkin didn't have donuts to see if this store did to attempt to celebrate national Donut Day. Why yes we have donuts they said! Drive over to an open lobby and friendly staff (that's a step up) but same donuts situation. I tried Dunkin! I don't eat donuts often, but you can be sure when I do it won't be at your establishment Thank you for wasting my time and gas. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I LOVE the morning staff at this DD. They are always friendly and energetic. They've quickly become a part of my morning routine and I'm so glad that the store remained in service during the pandemic. I am obsessed their sweet black pepper bacon sammich. 🤗 Recently, I drove through the drive-thru without realizing that the store wasn't open; however, the staff still took my order and started me on my day.

I went inside and placed a to go order for a vanilla Chai and toasted bagel with cream cheese. A younger woman was friendly and got my drink, but that's where the friendliness ended. My bagel was thrown onto the counter by an older lady as she yelled what the order was and turned away before the bag even landed on the counter. Seriously, the bag slid across the counter and would have fell on the floor if I hadn't caught it. Then I get to work and find that cream cheese I asked for was practically non existent. What, were ya'll running low on cream cheese and kindness on this sunny Thursday morning? It wasn't even that busy.

Ordered ahead early and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly the order was complete. Everything was made to perfection, store was clean, employees were friendly and efficient. I will 100% be back! Get them a little more help at 6 or 6:30, and keep it up!
