Come here if you want to get ripped off. I ordered a small coffee and was handed a medium. I asked what size I paid for which they replied “medium” but said they could give me a small instead with no refund for the difference. $7 when I should have spent $3 and change. Def got ripped off. Won’t be coming back here. Oh and they also didn’t give me my stuffed bagel mini that I also paid for. Service Take out Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

My wife went in and ordered 2 iced coffees and when I got my coffee there was so much cream I couldn't taste the actual coffee. And there was literally no ice in my iced coffee! Whatever I'll drink it I think. Nope after 2 sips I notice a fly floating in my coffee, mannnnn for a 5 dollar coffee it sure was terrible and got dumped down the drain thanks dunkin! Friendly home town coffee shop. It may be a franchise, but it's still small town honesty. I forgot my purse in the bathroom- went back hours later to look for it, thinking all was lost. The employees and manager kept it safe behind the counter, cash and credit cards untouched. It doesn't get any better than that!

On vacation and I ordered coffee 5 days in a row. The last 2 days i ordered the workers have been LAZY to bring my coffee out CURBSIDE as ordered. When I went in to pick it up and told them they said "oh well here it is". Do your job and stop being lazy!
